I am more than excited to welcome you all to our beloved city. San Luis Obispo is known in California as the hid-den gem of the Central Coast. AIESEC San Luis Obispo haven’t been hosting much since Fall RoKS 2012, but of course as Gen 2014 wrote during WNC we must “be a fearless and ballsy leader by taking a calculated risk…just do it.” And to “Connect our members to the AIESEC network.” What better way to do that than to welcome you all to our home for the weekend? We could not thank you enough for your confidence in us hosting the 2014 Fall NPM.

Both my LC and I are super excited to have you all in San Luis Obispo. Fall here is beautiful as we transition from super sunny California weather to a more mild, no-sunglasses-needed, weather. We are looking forward to showing off the city that Oprah Winfrey herself called “Happiest City in America.”

In addition, the OC has been doing an amazing job preparing for the weekend. We want to ensure that your experience here is nothing less than amazing. So please if you ever see them, please thank them for their hard work and effort. I could not have asked for a better OC team.

Hello fellow AIESECers and welcome to our beautiful home in San Luis Obispo, California (locals like to call it SLO). Tucked on the coast between San Francisco and Los Angeles and surrounded by gorgeous rolling hills, SLO is a great place to come year-round. And did we mention that the weather here is superb? Think blue skies and 70-80°F days.

You are probably asking yourself why you need to travel halfway across the country to spend a weekend in SLO, and we will help answer that question:

1. It’ll help you relax from the stress of college.2. You’ll return home from a great tan.3. Fall National Presidents Meeting is going to rock!!!

As an OC, we are all super excited to meet you all! With such a wonderful opportunity to host NPM, we have been working very hard to make this the best for all of you; and we hope you all have a memorable time here in SLO. As much as it is a privilege to be hosting @SLO’s first NPM, we also ask that you all treat your hosts with respect. They have all voluntarily opened their host to each and every one of you, and we hope you take the time to meet them all!
