Example service scopeProjects vary wildly depending on objective, but every failure root cause analysis report culminates with Romax’s unique ability to report and recommend remedial and mitigating action:
1. INSPECTION In turbine inspection via endoscope, oil, grease or other relevant analysis methods
2. TEAR DOWN Failed components dismantled, inspected and assessed in the workshop. Metallurgical analysis conducted where appropriate
3. DATA ANALYSIS Existing CMS, SCADA, maintenance and manufacturing data is analysed to identify critical trends
4. STATISTICAL ANALYSIS Information gathered is analysed against Romax’s extensive global database in order to identify future potential trends
5. VIRTUAL SIMULATION A RomaxDESIGNER virtual model is be created and analysed in order to verify previous findings
