The annual picnic at FAD sold 135 tickets and 102 showed up at the all day event. It was another fun day and it was successful. All profits goes towards FAD maintenance and/or bills incurred during the summer. Your help is sincerely appreciated even if you could not attend the event. The food/meal was awesome! The BBQ ribs was good! Chef Ken Lowrie and Tom Inches really outdid it! Their ribs are better than any other ribs ever served.
Many thanks and much appreciation to the committee for their hard work. Mel Frelich who was the chairperson deserves the pat on the back for getting the committee together to help with the fundraising event. Next year will take place again at the same time. Save the date! If you wish to be part of the committee, please let the officers know.
