Managers must deal with different national business practices, cultural changes and language needs. They must also appreciate how areas of business – such as finance, marketing, HRM, and logistics – work across and between national borders, without losing sight of the big picture. You'll learn how and why international businesses work, explore international transactions and appreciate the pressures of working in different environments.
