1. BILATERAL AGREEMENTS ON TRANSIT BY RAIL
THE PEOPLE’S REPUBLIC OF CHINA
• Intergovernmental agreement on the access to andfrom the sea and transit transportation throughChinese territory by Mongolia, 2014 – instead of1991;
• General Intergovernmental Agreement on DevelopingCooperation in Railway Transit Transportation, 2014(to be adopted)
RUSSIAN FEDERATION:
• Intergovernmental agreement on the access to andfrom the sea and transit transportation throughRussian Federation territory by Mongolia, 1992;
• Intergovernmental agreement on the condition for thetransit transportation of goods, 2017 (agreed the drafton 30th of August, 2017 in Moscow)

RUSSIA to CHINA CHINA to RUSSIA1. Technological time:
• Train receiving procedure time at Zamiin-Udestation was 420 minutes:
• Mongolia introduced parallel technology system:train receiving procedure time reduced by 173minutes (248 minutes).
2. Fast processing of container trains:
• Excluded the locomotive changing procedure forwhole travel;
• Technical maintenance technology is reduced attechnical station from 60-70 minutes to 30-40minutes.
Reducing the travel time: freight transportation 850-950 km per day.
Russia to China: 28 hours, became 27% faster
China to Russia: 31 hours, became 26% faster

3. Simplification: Exchange information between railway stakeholders
In 2016, signed contract between railway authorities forexchange electronic documents: 13512 documents received,9640 documents sent.
Phase I:
Beginning stage of paperless procedure for railway transportation: Consignmentnotes and Transfer lists are exchanged fully Electronic version since May 2017/IFTMIN, IFTSUM/.
E-sign will be available between Railways, thanks to which alldocuments will be acceptable without collating with paperdocuments.
