pipe sizes with pressures up to 350 psi and lower pressure pipes up to 120”

in diameter. Plasson USA also provides Plasson ElectroFusion fittings which

are specifically designed for reliable, high performance pipe joining and long

system life. This automated system has been proven to be most economical

due to the low potential for operator error. Our customers are distributors to

industry, municipalities and commercial enterprises worldwide.

We focus on three main market segments: Municipal and Industrial products,

Natural Gas Utility and Spirolite™. The Municipal and Industry Segments

provides a complete line of pipe and fittings for transporting all types of

industrial fluids, water, waste water, water disposal, oil/gas and landfill gases.

Spirolite™ is the leader in large diameter HDPE pipe. Plasson USA is known

for our comprehensive excellence in product quality and responsive customer

service that meets the varied challenges of fluid and gas transfer, whatever

on-the-ground conditions or special needs.

Our unique HDPE Extrusion process allows us to manufacture large reducers,

flanges, MJ adaptors, full bore elbows, tee, reducing tees, crosses, laterals

and UNI-Tees.

Our process gives us the ability to machine large reducers (concentric, eccentric and compact) for your needs, and we are proud to offer the industry’s leading design on swage reducers.

Machined from billet from 12 inches to 78 inches to connect two pipes that have different inside diameters and facilitate the flow with the same centerline. Concentric Reducers can be single step or multi-step.

Machined from billet from 12 inches to 65 inches to connect two pipes that have different inside diameters and facilitate the flow with the invert of the flow is constant through the reducer.

Proprietary manufacturing process allows our Swage reducers to be fully pressured rated without machining. This design offers the longest tapered reduction and least turbulence of flow in the industry.

Machined from billet the Compact Reducer is used when space is a premium. Our reducers come from 1 inch to 78 inches.

What sets Plasson USA apart from others? The largest offering of unrestricted flow fittings in the industry. All fittings have the same ID as the pipe they are welded to. Full bore fittings have working pressure ratings (WPR) that exceed 320 psi. The fittings are available in standard configurations: Elbows in 11.25 to 90 degree with multiple segments, Tees, Branch Saddle Reducing Tees and the industry-leading UNI-Tee. All are available up to 63”.

FULL FLOWFITTINGS

Elbows are available in multi degree and multi- segment configurations. All Elbows are at full WPR and full bore.

Full Bore Tees are fully-pressure-rated without relying on heavier DR pipe feedstock and its inherent smaller ID than the mating pipe. All styles are manufactured from our monolithic billet instead of extruded pipe.

Our standard size-on-size tee is mitered fusion welded.

Our reducing branch tee is sidewall fused.

Machined from a monolithic billet that allows for high pressue and larger fitting sizes. No miter welds or saddle fusions insures the highest intergrity of the product. Ideal for abrasive materials and outperforms stainless steel tees.

UNI-TEE

IPS or DIPS standard fabrication is our DNA. From 2” through 65”elbows, tees, reducing tees, and laterals are available in standard or custom angles and multiple segments. All Fittings meet the ASTM F2206 standards. Conformance to Factory Mutual (FM) and other ASTM and API standards is available. All fittings are available in standard plain ends for fusion or flanged.

FITTINGS

Whether it’s long-radius 5-segment mitered 90 degree elbows, 3 segment 45s, or short radius 3 segment 90s and 2-segment 45s, elbows are virtually limitless in the degrees of bend available and all are full-pressure rated.

Fully pressure rated butt fusion tees are available up through 54” DIPS and 65” IPS.

Fully pressure rated butt fusion reducing tees are available up through 54” DIPS and 65” IPS. Our extensive machinery manufactures the widest variety of main and branch size combinations available in the HDPE industry.

For free-flowing fluid in gravity or pressure applications, we manufacture 45 degree laterals (“wyes”) up through 54” DIPS and 65” IPS.

Plasson USA’s motto is “If you can draw it, we can build it.” Our versatile production capabilities supported by our deep engineering expertise enables Plasson USA to design and manufacture entire systems composed of fittings, pipe, and/or structures in a full range of pressure ratings and sizes to 120” inside diameter.

ENGINEERED PRODUCTS

To protect personnel, property, and the environment from hazardous chemicals, dual contained piping systems provide a pressure-rated piping system within a leak-secure outer piping system. Our simultaneous fusion components enable the installer to make a single fusion joining without the need of restrictive and costly special equipment.

The original and leading brand of structurally-reinforced large diameter HDPE piping. Our US manufacturing plant produces Spirolite™ pipe and fittings in sizes 18” through 120” inside diameters. A variety of stiffness classes conforms to individual installation requirements. Spirolite™ is made in strict accordance to ASTM F894 and incorporates the strongest elastomer sealing gasket per ASTM F477.

Customer-supplied isometric piping drawings enable us to weld fittings and pipe in our climate-controlled facilities which minimize jobsite fusions and their inherent interruptions. Custom-made tooling is used to manufacture tight-tolerance dimensional accuracy not attainable with field fusion welding equipment.

The world’s widest product range in large diameter storage and drainage structures including manholes, horizontal storage tanks, vertical above ground tanks, and wet wells. Our internal engineering staff designs an appropriate wall construction for the service conditions. Our customized reinforcement profiles enable us to offer the most cost-efficient utilization of materials and labor.
