Universal Laser Systems develops customizable laser material processing solutions, offering organizations of all sizes and industries the highest capability, flexibility, and performance of laser technology for their material processing needs. Universal’s laser material processing solutions consist of a range of lasers, laser systems, capability-enhancing accessories, advanced software interfaces, and an extensive material processing database.
VLS (Versa Laser Series)
The ideal entry point into light-duty manufacturing. The VLS series is installed in many educational institutions around the world for architecture, product, and graphic design, and materials research programs. Sized between 16 x 12 in and 32 x 18 in with CO2 ranges between ten and sixty watts. The ultimate inexpensive way to manufacture and fabricate.
PLS (Professional Laser Series)
The free standing platform is designed and engineered for small batch production, light manufacturing, and small scale production. In this series of laser we are introduced to dual laser tubes (up to a total of 150 watts) and Multi-Wavelength technology. Utilizing both CO2 and Fiber laser technologies to allow you to process the broadest possible spectrum of materials.
ILS (Industrial Laser Series)
This platform is designed for laser material processing in a wide variety of production environments. Flexible enough to be installed as a stand-alone system or integrated into an automated manufacturing line. This series also introduces us to Pass-Through to allow you to do some very large jobs otherwise not possible.

Fortus® systems are based on Stratasys® FDM technology. FDM builds parts in production-grade thermoplastics, enabling the most durable parts. Fortus systems use a wide range
of thermoplastics with advanced mechanical properties so your parts can endure high heat, caustic chemicals, sterilization and high-impact applications.
Fortus 380 mcQuickly build advanced prototypes and production aids as large as 355 x 305 x 305 mm (14 x 12 x 12 in.) in eight standard and engineering thermoplastics.
Fortus 450mcGet all the capabilities of the Fortus 380mc, plus a larger build envelope (406 x 355 x 406 mm [16 x 14 x 16 in.]) and the option to run high-performance thermoplastics for specialized production parts in demanding fields such as medical, aerospace, research and defense.
This system is the most powerful Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) System. It is remarkably agile, accurate, and cost-effective. Two big advantages: all the material options of the Fortus line of 3D Production Systems, and a massive build envelope (36 x 24 x 26 in). Its only competition is the old way of doing things.
Solidscape 3D printers are primarily used to produce “wax-like” patterns for lost-waxcasting/investment casting and mold making applications.
Soliscape printers layer resolution is between 0.00625mm and 0.0762mm and a resolution of 5000 x 5000 x 8000 (dpi) XYZ. The patterns produced are extremely high resolution with vibrant details and outstanding surface finish.
The printers combine drop-on-demand (“DoD”) thermoplastic ink-jetting technology and high-precision milling of each layer with the company’s proprietary graphical front-end software, 3ZWorks.
Solidscape’s 3D wax printers utilize the company’s proprietary printing technology, SCP (Smooth Curvature Printing), which enables its systems to deliver the highest precision and surface finish in the industry. Developed to enhance throughput performance up to 25% (depending on model geometry) and deliver master patterns that stand alone in the industry... the true benchmark of quality.

Convert-A-Table easily changes from a CNC Router to a CNC Plasma cutter. This is a great option if you have very limited space and only need one function at a time. The disadvantages are that you only have one machine instead of 2 and these machines can not have a vacuum table system due to the conversion between router and plasma. The 48”X20” machine makes it possible to fit through a standard 36” door. This is heavy duty frame that plow through wood with the robust 3-1/4HP router.
