The course will:
• Build on the knowledge of coaching football gained via completion of The FA Level 2 in Coaching Football and The FA Youth Award
• Challenge you to consider how to effectively work with your players in the modern game to enhance development and performance
• Show how to create effective coaching programmes by linking a series of coaching sessions and game opportunities
• Build on the knowledge of the England DNA coaching fundamentals, principles of play and technical and tactical components of the game

How To Complete the Course
Project Based Learning
THE FA LEVEL 3 (UEFA B) IN COACHING FOOTBALL – Prep CPD
Learning Programme• 4 Blocks of delivery (3 days, 2 days, 2 days, 2 days)• 18 Workshops• 3 in-situ visits situated between Blocks 1-2, 2-3, 3-4Assessment Strategy • Complete the pre-course e-learning module• Attend all four blocks of learning, inclusive of 18 face-to-face Workshops• Complete an 18 game-project based around your own
players and club environment• A 30 minute presentation of your project, which will include
a Q&A session with tutors and colleagues• (Please note that holders of the full FA Youth Award will be required to produce a 12 game project )
