Step 1: Payment Run using Automatic Payment Program with variant for Vendor open item

Below is the vendor open item

Vendor: 2500040 (T-code: FBL1N)

Payment against the above vendor invoice

Automatic Payment Run: T-Code F110

Enter Run date, Identification

Then go to parameter tab

Enter posting date,

docs entered up to

Enter company code,

pmnt meths and next p/date

And then vendor

Tick the necessary options

Then go to Printout/data medium tab

Select the variant and then save

Step 2: Check/Delete the Spool using Output Controller-List of Spool Requests

Select the spool 15385 and click on the icon shown

Check number: 16091

If the spool deleted due to some reasons without printing the check (Intentionally or Un-intentionally)

At that time you want to regenerate the spool and print the same check

Below is the Scenario for spool delete.

Step 3: Maintain variant for Automatic Payment Program

Go to T-Code: F110 enter the Run date and Identification (of which you want to reprint)

Click on Maintain variants

Enter

Program run date: 07/22/2010

Identification feature: RPRT

And

Restart from check number: 16091

And the save

Click on Printout give Job name then enter

Step 4: Check the Scheduled job in Job Overview

Go to T-Code SM37

Step 5: Check the Spool in Output Controller

Select the Job and click on spool icon

Select the spool no and click on icon shown

Step 6: Delete the parameters entered in Maintain variant

After Printing the check you need to delete the variant attributes which you have saved earlier for next payment.

Go to T-Code: F110

Here is your check with the same no: 16091

Note: Multiple checks can be generated based on spool if spool contains multiple checks.

Select the variant and click on Maintain variants

Program run date:

07/22/2010

And

And then save.
