Summary

• The first step that happens in RNA polymerase binds to DNA and unwinds it. Second the polymerase binds to the promoter region of the DNA. Then the RNA polymerase reads the DNA and creates mRNA. After that the RNA polymerase hits the stop codon and releases the mRNA. Last the mRNA leaves the nucleus and enters the cytoplasm.
