Each zone is identified by a different colour and symbol; there are stairs and lifts within each zone. As you come into the hospital there are large scale versions of this map and an A-Z of the hospital at key locations by the entrances and lifts. To find your destination: ■ Use the Derriford A-Z to locate your destination. ■ Remember the zone. ■ Follow the signs to your zone. ■ At the entrance to your zone there are directions to clinics, departments and wards. This is a smoke free hospital, smoking is not permitted anywhere within the hospital building and grounds except in the Smoking Shelter located in Car Park A. You may use your mobile phone in the hospital wherever you see this sign.
