Marketing & advertising

Quarter 1 Newsletter - Q1 Newsletters will be available in 2 weeks. It will be the same format as Q4, with the ability to import your current listings or recent solds. The feature story for the Q1 Report focuses on falling levels of negative equity across our regions and the improving climate for sellers. Get your contact lists together!

Previsite Videos - All MLS Listings should have a video slide-show on the “virtual media” tab of your MLS listing detail. You can send these slideshows via email, or upload to your social media network. Check your listings on MLS to make sure they load correctly.

Trulia & Zillow - Pacunion has exponentially increased the exposure of your listings. This move is 100% in your Sellers’ best interest. These sites claim over 30 million unique visitors a month – at each site! Your bio or resume is your profile, experience, and unique position in the market. Please check your profiles & contact info is upto date.

Are you experiencing trouble with a lender? Is the lender being uncooperative? Do you have questions about a problem with a particular lender or with a particular loan program? Do you wish there was a place to go for help?

NOW THERE IS A PLACE WHERE REALTORS® CAN GET HELP WITH A WIDE RANGE OF LENDER AND FINANCE PROBLEMS.

The California Association of REALTORS® (“CAR”) has just launched its “Finance Helpline” which provides assistance to REALTORS® on lender issues, funding issues, short sale lender problems, REO’s, Deeds-in-Lieu, etc.

The Helpline can assist REALTORS ®with problems on individual transactions or even help you get information to give to your clients regarding financing.

You can access the Helpline three ways:

1. Go to finance.car.org where you can fill out an inquiry sheet. 2. Phone 213-739-8383. 3. E-mail [email protected]

CAR’s Finance Helpline is available Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. 5:00 p.m. at (213) 739-8383.
