The intersection of Sprinkle Road and Cork Street is ap- proximately 2 miles from the Expo Center. www.thevee.org Dealer Notes - Selling Spaces Due to popular demand, EXTRAVAGANZA will, in addition to the indoor, climate-controlled spaces, now be offer ing outdoor selling spaces– just back your vehicle up and unload. They will be located near the load-in doors and allow easy access to and from the main hall. Please bring your own tarps, tents, and tables - none will be provided. Please do not use tent anchors or other devices that will leave holes in the blacktop– you are responsible for any damage done to Expo Center property. Please note that in case of inclement weather, any remaining indoor spaces will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. If the forecast looks bad, you may change your outdoor reservation to an indoor space, if available, by paying the price difference no later than 8 a.m. on Friday 7/19/19. After this, if you purchased an outdoor space and wish to move indoors, you must purchase an indoor space at full price. Absolutely no refunds will be issued for outdoor spaces due to bad weather. We thank you for your understanding. -A Table is a standard 8’ x 30” table -A Booth is a 10’ x 10’ space on the floor suitable for the display of large items. Tables can be rented or the seller may use their own display stands. -An Outdoor Space is 10’ wide and has room for a vehicle to park behind you. The flea market has vintage electronic and relat- ed items including radios, audio gear, gaming devices, computers, test equipment, tubes, transistors, parts, ad- vertising, display items and other ephemera including records and video. Folks come from all over the USA, Canada and other countries to attend. For an example of what you might find, search Youtube online for "MARC Extravaganza" The Michigan Antique Radio Club (non-profit) is the host and promoter of the event, which has run since 1985 when the club was founded. Park your RV or trailer, or set up your tent! It’s the most economical way to go to the show. Auction Notes Our main auction is a reserve auction, with no buy-backs. $5 entry fee per item, plus 10% commission if the item sells. You must be registered to sell items in the auction. We are again having two silent auctions this year on Saturday, plus our Bargain Auction to close out the show starting at 3 p.m. on Saturday. Accommodations MARC has arranged special discount rates for rooms at the Four Points by Sheraton at 3600 East Cork Street. The Four Points is undergoing extensive improvements scheduled to be completed by Extravaganza weekend. It is the only full service hotel in the area and features a restaurant , bar, pool with deck, and fitness center. Be sure to mention you are with EXTRAVAGANZA in order to receive the special rate.
