Chief complaint: มดีตกใสแ่ขนขวา 8 ชัว่โมงก่อนมาโรงพยาบาล

Primary surveyA: can talk, no c-spine tendernessB: no dyspnea, RR 20 C: no active external bleeding, full pulse D: E4V5M6E: laceration wound 2 cm at right forearm, deep to tendon, not to bone, no deformity, not swelling

Secondary surveyA: no drug/food allergyM: no medicationP: no underlying diseaseL: last meal 7 hr PTAE: ตัดต้นไมห้น้าบา้น มดีหลดุจากมอืตกใส่ แขนขา้งขวา

• Vital sign:– BT 36.3 c PR 88 bpm full BP 134/80 mmHg RR 20 /minHeart: normal S1 S2 no murmurLung: clear , no adventitious soundAbdomen: soft, not tender

Extrinsic extensor (3 groups)Radial nerve supply

1. ECRL and brachioradialis

2. Superficial extensor

3. Deep extensor
