A. OBJECTIVE OF THE REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OFINTEREST

1. The purpose of this request for EOI is to identifysuppliers with verified technical and financial capacity to supply plastic bottles for A2 milk in 500 mland 1000 ml quantity toHDDCF.

2. Eligibility to participate in the proposed tender will be determined on the basis of meeting the product specification and company requirements:

Product Specifications/Requirements: i. Provision of plastic Bottles for packing A2 milk using sterilization

technology ii. Daily production : 4000 Litres

iii. Bottle should be leakage proof iv. Bottle size should be such which can be easily stored in home refrigerator v. Material Variations of bottles: Plastic (Reusable)

vi. Size Variation: 500 ml and 1000 ml vii. Colour Variations: White

viii. Bottle to be branded with VITA logo(s)

The product supplier and/or the company of the goods must demonstrate their product and HDDCF may ask supplier to submit its sample.

The company shall be zero carbon footprint – free of BPA 3. After the submission of responses, HDDCF will evaluate responses on the basis of the

financial strength, bidders experience, product sample, overall all viability of proposal and other points decided by the technical committee. HDDCF will accordingly notify eligible participants of the outcome of the evaluation.

B. How to prepare and submit your Expression of Interest 1. Companies willing to participate in supplying A2 milk plastic bottles shall express their

interest individually by detailing the following and filling all the annexure (A,B,C,D,E,F,G) attached with EOI:

Past Experience of having successfully supplied A2 milk bottles

Financial strength of the organization

Approach & Methodology of manufacturing, transportation and re-usability of bottles

2. All supporting documentation listed above shall be prepared in accordance with the

instructions provided and sent to HDDCF by email to [email protected].

3. HDDCF will not consider incomplete or unsigned submissions. All responses and supporting documentation received will be treated as strictly confidential and will not be made available to the public.

4. This request for EOI does not constitute a solicitation. HDDCF reserves the right to change or cancel this procurement process or any of its requirements at any time during the process; any such action will be communicated to all participants.

5. HDDCF does not guarantee any work by applying through this EoI
