All proceeds benefit Neighbor for Neighbor Food Pantry. Stop by for some delicious treats and support an excellent community organization. Halloween Fun Visit TACU on October 29 th , 30 th and 31 st to enjoy a Caramel Apple Bar and hot apple cider! Plus, TACU will have employee-decorated pumpkins on display. Members can vote for their favorite by donating money in the artist’s donation bin. The pumpkin artist with the most money raised will have a donation given to their charity of choice. All money raised by the voting and caramel apple bar will be donated to the winning artist’s charity as well. We’d love to see your kids’ costumes and have a special treat for them too! International Credit Union Day October 18, 2018, will mark the 70 th anniversary of International Credit Union Day. This year’s theme is “Find Your Platinum Lining.” It combines the traditional gift of platinum for 70 th anniversaries with a play on the saying “every cloud has a silver lining.” Credit unions all over the world will be celebrating the history and the success of the “People-not-Profit” philosophy. This year’s theme emphasizes the credit union movement’s loyalty to its members and its mission to provide them financial support and guidance. Join us at TACU Credit Union on Oct. 18 th for cookies and apple cider to celebrate ICU Day!

TACU is a drop-off site for the Coats for Kids Drive. If you would like to donate gently used winter coats, jackets, scarves, hats, mittens and boots for kids and adults, please drop items off at TACU until October 22nd. Donations must be clean and in good repair. Monetary donations are also accepted. You may make checks payable to Coats for Kids at PO Box 802 in Tomah, WI 54660. Donations will be distributed to local families in need. Coats for Kids is jointly coordinated by Lighthouse Assembly of God and The Parenting Place.

Join TACU at Recreation Park (1625 Butts Ave) on October 11th from 4 to 7 p.m. for the Chamber of Commerce’s Taste of Tomah and Member Showcase event. The event is free and open to the public.
