"Desde nuestro punto de vista, el Código Laboral tiene que apuntar hacia reducir las tasas de subempleo, que sobrepasan el 50 por ciento; aumentar las tasas de ocupación plena y evitar la informalidad", explica a Diario EXPRESO Richard Martínez, Presidente Ejecutivo de la Cámara de Industrias y Producción (CIP).
