    DESCRIPTION OF AN EXPERIMENT SHOWING THEEXISTENCE OF MECHANISMS THAT INTERFERE WITHGRAVITY.

    Increase or decrease.

    This document has been written following the timeline of the experiments.This means that in the last chapters can refute some ideas raised during the

    first few chapters.Thus reflected in the document as the experiments, the results and

    conclusions have succeeded.

    1 Introduction

    "Throughout space there is energy. ... is a question of time until man will be successful in their

    mechanisms linked to the use of that energy ."... Nikola Tesla

    This statement reflects the thinking of the energy that flows through the universe can be harnessed

    to generate useful work for man.

    If man knew the mechanism to interfere with the gravity which exists in a region he would has a

    mechanism to harness the energy of the universe to generate useful work.

    This sentence reflects the idea that great discoveries are always the result of instinct. The human

    instinct moves man in the right direction for their own evolution.

    This document sets out a simple experiment that demonstrates the existence of mechanisms to

    increase or decrease the gravity force in a region of space.

    Currently I do not understand the physical phenomena have been observed. That is why I

    publish this experience with the objective of that everyone can know and understand how

    man can change gravity.

    I've done all sorts of experiments to make sure that the facts I see are related to the gravity forces

    and not to other forces such as magnetic fields and electric fields. I have used magnetic materials,

    diamagnetic, plastics, wood, etc. The union of all experiments argue that there is only the possibility

    that it is gravity that change during the experiments.

    Eliminate all other factors, and the one which remains must be the truth.... Sherlock

    2 Presentation

    Three months ago I did an experiment that gave me a very strange result. I spent three months

    working to make sure that the results he was getting in a repetitive and systematic were correct and

    were not due to errors in the measuring apparatus or assembly errors.

    Three months ago I was experimenting with the Biefeld-Brown effect. This effect has the ability toconvert high electrical potential to kinetic energy.

    This effect is described in specialized literature.

    This effect is used to levitate some objects from a high voltage. The voltage source I use is low

    power. Therefore to know whether the Biefeld-Brown effect occurred in my experiments used a

    weight-electronic. With weight-electronic was able to detect changes in weight in the experiments I

    was doing.

    I was doing experiments. One of these experiments had a very interesting result,

    1. When an electrical voltage supplied to a ring of bismuth a strange thing happened.

    2. At the time of supply voltage to bismuth-ring the electronic weight reflected the weight ofthe bismuth ring decreased.

    3. When left to supply voltage to the weight bismuth ring the weight of the ring bismuthincreased above the initial weight temporarily.

    4. When some time had passed after it had disconnected from the electrical voltage the ringbismuth recovered their initial weight.

    The strange thing about this experiment was that the bismuth ring was locked in a sealed plastic boxso he could not react with the outside air. The box i had air but it was hermetically closed.

    The result we got and I keep getting can not be explained by current science.

    I have made several checks. The result is that the region of space above the experiment has a

    variation in the strength of gravity.

    This I have proven repeatedly. The most I've gotten is a decrease in the gravity force approximately

    1%. Even more common was a decrease in the severity of a value close to 0.5%.

    I have made checks with mechanical balances, with water levels and other experiments.

    This document does not seek to convince anyone that it is possible to change the gravity force in a

    region of space. What I will do is describe how to do the experiment for anyone who wants it can

    play at home or in his laboratory.

    The objectives in developing this effect are:

    Building machines and transport facilities with a very low power consumption.

    Building autonomous power generators without fuel use.

    I have found that the geometry of the experiment is very important to work. So I will describe in

    detail the experiment. As illustrations of the experiment will use pictures I have made. I also want to

    show a video on youtube with the experiment. But this video will come later.

    3 Experiment description.

    3.1 Main elements

    To perform the experiment I have used the following elements:

    High voltage generator: The generator I use is purchased, as you can see in the picture, but you

    can use high-voltage generators of older TVs. I used the generator to generate a voltage of 30 kV.

    But I've only used 25 kV.

    Bismuth: This material is easy to work at home. With this material I have gotten a ring shape as you

    can see in the picture.

    Aluminum foil, aluminum sheet I've used to make the lid.

    Aluminum grille. Aluminum screens. The aluminum material used to improve the indoor air contact

    with the lid of the experiment is put at a potential of 0 volts.

    Fan. The fan I used is the fan that I've taken from an old computer. I use this fan to create a specific

    air flow within the experiment. The use of the fan is not essential. The experiment works without

    the fan.

    If the velocity of air in the experiment is very fast will create turbulence that prevents the

    experiment to develop well. It is better that the air velocity is low. I've used a low fan speed.

    Kitchen bowls. I used two kitchen bowls dome shaped. One small and one larger.

    Other materials I used are:

    Acetic silicone

    plastic glue

    PVC pipe

    Elements I used for testing the distortion of gravity.

    Weight kitchen. The kitchen has a weight of 1 gram resolution.

    The weight of cooking that I used is electronic. At first I thought weight loss was the result of ameasurement error in the weight-mail as a result of the electrostatic field. (I have not used for this

    experiment, variable electric fields).

    So did other tests with a mechanical balance and water levels.

    The tests I did are of two types.

    First I checked the weight of the experiment varied when it was energized with high voltage.

    Then I realized that the objects outside the system, which were placed above the experiment,

    weighed less.

    4 Building.

    One very important thing is how the piece will be subjected to high voltage. I have used bismuth to

    produce the part. I believe that both the geometry and the crystal structure of the piece is important.

    The piece is so you can see in the picture. One element that is very important for the experiment to

    work well is the copper element that can be seen in the photo.

    No reason. But I think it is important that the copper element is present in the experiment.

    Let me be more specific on this point: In my experiments I realized that if this did not either did not

    get a good result. However, I believe that what really matters is the transformation undergone by the

    bismuth crystal during the experiment.

    The copper element do as follows.

    1. I take a piece of copper wire.

    2. I remove the plastic cover and get only the copper wires.3. Now twist the copper wires to provide a helical shape.

    4. It is quite important to use copper wires for the effect can be observed more clearly. Once Ihave obtained pure copper wire coil from multiple strands of copper step to the next step.

    5. I take the copper wire and give a return to the ring bismuth. The result is a ring of bismuthwith a helical coil of copper from a single round.

    This ring bismuth place it at the base of large kitchen bowl. As you can see from the pictures the

    copper coil is connected to the power line coming from the high voltage generator.

    The small kitchen bowl I use for easy connection of high voltage cable to the rim of bismuth. All

    holes I make in the kitchen bowls with silicone seal.

    The next step is to take the fan and place it on top of pvc pipe. I simply chose a PVC pipe of

    suitable diameter and pasted with glue to the fan.

    Important Note: The use of the fan is not necessary. I've used in some cases. Normally the

    experiment works best with fan fanless.

    In this picture you can see the mongaje PVC pipe with the fan. You also see the aluminum material (mosquito)

    that I placed in aluminum foil.

    The height of most fan tube assembly must be less than the depth of the cooking bowl you're using.

    Once you hit the fan to the tube. Place the tube in the middle of the kitchen bowl. Should be left

    inside the tube to the rim of bismuth and connected to high voltage cable.

    In this picture you can see, the PVC pipe, the fan and the aluminum material is bonded to the aluminum cover.

    The important that air can pass under the tube. I erode the PVC pipe at the bottom. In this way the

    air could enter and exit below the top of the tube-driven fan.

    The last item that remains is the cover of the set.

    I took a sheet of aluminum. This aluminum foil cut a circular section. This circular section was a

    little larger than the top opening kitchen bowl he was using.

    On the aluminum foil was going to be in the kitchen bowl placed pieces of aluminum insect screen.

    This I did to improve indoor air contact with the lid.

    The aim of the experiment was to make the ionized air in contact with the ring of bismuth. The

    ionized air forces air into the aluminum cover. The air that touches the aluminum is neutralized and

    is driven back to the base of the bowl to be ionized.

    Experimental setup. There are two cables entering the experiment. The high voltage cable is attached to the rim

    of bismuth and 12-volt cables that power the fan inside. As I said before, the fan is not strictly necessary.

    Finally acetic silicone used to seal the entire package. In this way I ensure that the interior is

    completely isolated from the outside. This fact is because I always check the weight of the

    experiment is always the same provided that a tension inside. I have found also that the use of acetic

    silicone is important. Silicone emits acetic acetic acid molecules inside the bowl. Depending on

    how these molecules react gravity increase or decrease.

    5 Observation:

    In my experiment I observed that the crystalline structure of bismuth ring changed during the

    experiment. After the experiment is working a few hours bismuth ring changed colors. When

    producing a color change in the bismuth ring experiment did not work.

    After investigating this and several checks to get to the following conclusion.

    To seal the experiment used acetic silicone. This silicone molecules of acetic acid emitted during

    the curing process. Acetic acid tends to dissociate into a hydrogen ion and a carboxyl anion.

    Depending on how these ion reactions occur one thing or another.

    If the anion reacts with acetic who produce bismuth bismuth acetate then the weight of the

    experiment decreases. And so the objects above experiment also reduce their weight.

    If the hydrogen ion who reacts with bismuth to give bismuth hydride then the experiment reflects an

    increase in weight.

    The existence of aluminum mesh that favors the predominant reaction is the hydriding of aluminum

    and bismuth acetate production. To produce a variation of weight is necessary that the bismuth is

    energized at a high electrical potential.

    Important. For the screen aluminum reacts with hydrogen to hydride is necessary to place a high

    negative potential. Otherwise aluminum react predominantly with the anion acetate.

    If there is a high electrical potential, the weight of the experiment does not change. This is logical

    because the system is closed. When bismuth is no longer energized or when the chemical reactions

    the same.

    So to keep experimenting had to make another ring bismuth.

    I have not tested with other materials. I think the experiment would work better with other

    materials.

    With this document I present a way of interfering with the gravity. I'm sure there are more efficientways to interact with gravity. It is therefore very important that those who want to investigate

    different experiments to learn more about this effect.

    5.1 Elements sizes.

    The dimensions I used to do the experiment are the result of chance. So I do not think I used

    dimensions are important. However I will describe the dimensions that I used.

    The outer diameter is about 65 mm. The thickness is 3 mm. Although I have experimented with thicknesses of 1.5

    and 3 mm. The inner diameter is 24 mm approx. The pieces are not perfect.

    7 Description of one of the most representative experiments in

    demonstrating that there is a change in gravity.

    The weight change of address weight showed me was:

    Variation of about 7 grams as the weight decreased.

    Variation of 1 or 2 grams as the weight increased.

    To make a simple test that could reflect such small variations in the variation of gravity chose the

    following methodology. The reason for using the following methodology was not needed to use

    metal or electronic items for the observations.

    The elements I used are:

    square plastic box with water.

    Square plastic box partially filled with detergent.

    Laser pointer.

    Sheet of paper labeled with a color guide

    Tripod for camera.

    At a height greater than the height of the experiment I installed a wooden table. On the wooden

    table I placed the box on the vertical water where it will be running the experiment.

    Then place the plastic box floating in the soapy water in the larger plastic box. Before I hit the paper

    with the color guide on the small plastic box.

    consistently throughout the experiment.

    The experimental process is as follows.

    First step:

    In this second step I'm going to do is experiment with a free hydrogen-rich environment inside the

    experiment. Thus bismuth tends to form hydrides.

    To enrich the atmosphere inside the experiment with hydrogen do react hydrochloric acid in a bottlewith aluminum foil. The chemical reaction of these elements produces hydrogen gas which is

    driven into the experiment using a plastic tube.

    The methodology of the photos is the same. Take pictures before power, at power and after

    energization. The photos show that the only color guide on power moves. The photos show that the

    color guide has sunk slightly in the water because their weight has increased. The photos also show

    that the position of the shade guide before and after the experiment is the same.

    The experiment last article I have outlined is based on a hydrostatic equilibrium. The equations of

    Step Three

    9 New experimental results (24 de Octubre de 2010)

    On the morning of October 24, 2010, I proceeded to perform a new experiment.

    On this occasion I have repeated the last test arrangements. In these experimental set-ups could see

    how a floating element in a box with moving water. The movement of the floating element was

    because the water level during the energization of the experiment were bent. This means that the

    water surface was not flat but was tilted. Obviously this inclination was causing the float to slide by

    gravity and therefore moved.

    The experience of this morning was a little different. The floating element I have placed on the top

    floor where there is the system that allegedly can change the severity.

    The system may modify the gravity is located in the basement. While I floated element placed in thesame vertical, but on a higher floor.

    The results of the experiment show that the floating element moves over the water while the system,

    modifying the gravity, is energized.

    This experience is important because the system, modifying gravity, and the float was a distance of

    This experience reinforces the hypothesis that the observed physical fact is actually a modification

    of gravity.

    10 Experiments conducted on October 27, 2010.

    Until now it had observed that when two physical events coincide:

    The existence of a chemical reaction

    A high electrical potential

    It produced a distortion in the force of gravity that drew the objects that were placed above the

    experiment.

    Discussing these facts with another researcher came a doubt.

    Any chemical reaction is endothermic or exothermic. Thus it is possible that the fact that varies

    the force of gravity is not so accurate, the existence of a chemical reaction with a high electrical

    potential. It is possible that the change in gravity is due to the existence of a high electricpotential with heat transfer.

    To corroborate this has become to do the experiment. Has been placed on the rim of bismuth a piece

    of ice. In this way it should form a heat transfer from the walls of the system to the piece of ice.

    When it has energized the system has produced a noticeable increase in the force of gravity

    located on the vertical piece of ice.

    This scenario can also be a plausible explanation of why the doctor Podkletnov accidentally got a

    drop in the force of gravity.

    Podkletnov said at a spinning superconducting disk on the inside of a magnetic field produced a

    decrease in gravity.

    A superconducting disk must be permanently surrounded by a refrigerant is colder than the disc. In

    these circumstances, the disk is either cold or that is cooling.

    On the other hand if you rotate an element superconductor in a magnetic field is quite possible

    (depending on the type of construction) an electric potential.

    According to this hypothesis at the time of discovery were the two circumstances. On the one handon the superconductor had created a high electric potential due to its rotation within the magnetic

    field. It should be the case that the superconducting disk should be cooled during the observations.
