PEPP – Why? Our students –

Short span of attention Low self-esteem Needs lots of attention & encouragements

Create interest in students at the beginning of the module.

Adopting a student-centered approach in the lesson delivery to sustain their interest.

Creating an itinerary for an exciting learning journey for the classes.

PEPP Journey – Enquiry & Reflection

Lesson are planned properly & break into different stages for the easy understanding.

Have more activities for future lessons.

Engage students in more presentations.

Ensure equal opportunities to learn for all students.

Attend design seminars, to learn and share ideas from the professionals.

Challenging quiz.

PEPP Journey – My Reflection

A student-centered learning style is indeed a more effective approach in lesson delivery.

Requires more facilitation in such lesson mode.

An active and continual process, which requires more preparation and demands constant attention as lesson goes on.

Page 38: Experiencing PEPP Presenter: Aaron Kok Lam Wai Lecturer, Digital Media Design, CW(AMK)

PEPP Journey – My Reflection

As a reflective practitioner, I will have to keep evaluating the strategies applied in my lesson delivery.

Sharing it together with colleagues who are committed in students’ achievement.
