Zubaidah adalah Pendiri dan Partner SIP Law Firm. Dia telah mengeluti bisnis praktik hukum selama dua dekade. Pengalaman beliau pada hukum korporasi perdagangan, restrukturisasi korporasi, likuidasi dan investasi sangat mengagumkan. Beliau juga andal dalam penyelesaian perkara ketenagakerjaan dan lahan.
Zubaidah menghabiskan masa awal kerja dengan bekerja di Organisasi Non Pemerintah sebagai aktivis. Beliau berpengalaman dalam menyelesaikan perkara hak-hak azasi manu-sia, hak-hak wanita dan perkara ketenagakerjaan. Sahabat Pekerja Migran merupakan salah satu dari Organisasi Non Pemerintah tempat beliau bekerja, dimana beliau membantu menangai perkara persengketaan tenaga kerja dan membantu banyak tenaga kerja migran Indonesia untuk kembali pulang dengan selamat. Pengalaman inilah yang mengasah keahlian beliau hukum ketenagakerjaan.
Sebelum mendirikan SIP Law Firm bersama dengan Ibu Safitri pada tahun 2007, beliau telah berpengalaman di bidang penelitian hukum dan transaksi yang berkaitan dengan perijinan, perlindungan, pengembangan dan eksploitasi dalam berbagai sektor, termasuk di antaranya kekayaan intelektual.
Bersama SIP Law Firm, pengalamannya menangani perkara properti, kesehatan dan domestik juga telah terbukti. Nasihat hukum dan solusi yang diberikan berkaitan dengan hal-hal tersebut sangat dihargai oleh klien. Beliau senang melakukan pekerjaannya dalam membantu klien memahami hukum dan mendukung mereka untuk mencapai tujuan.
Di luar pekerjaan, Ibu Zubaidah secara rutin menghadiri seminar, pelatihan kerja dan pembelajaran investasi, ekonomi syariah, energi dan pertambangan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, serta selalu membekali diri dengan topik terkini.
