An induction held during the initiation of expansion process. The main objective is to introduce AIESEC and the process to be followed to establish a new AIESEC entity.

EA INDUCTION


An induction held after the Executive Boards are selected. The main objective is to make the selected board to be equipped for AIESEC functions and operation as an expansion entity.

EI INDUCTION


An induction held after the first member recruitment of the expansion.The main objective is to give a general understanding of AIESEC and how the possible development or the opportunity provided in the platform will contribute the vision and mission of the entity.

NEW MEMBERINDUCTION


And induction held after the selection of Middle Management Board.The main objective is to give a deep understanding of AIESEC operation in all functions, to make progression in the expansion status, and achievement of vision and mission of the entity.
