Text DecorationOur standard text does not require artwork and there are no set up charges. Set ups will be charged for decorative text. Our standard texts are:

Proofs Art proofs will be emailed to the contact specified in the order within 2 business days of receiving the complete order and correct artwork. The first art proof is provided at no charge. Additional proofs will be provided at $15 (V). The order will be on hold until art approval is received.

Decoration Methods Gift Services offers a variety of decoration methods. The decoration methods available for each product are identified in the product details.

Run Charges

Art Charges If submitted artwork is not suitable for decoration, artwork assistance is available for $50.00 (V) per hour. A minimum of one hour will be charged and an estimate of time needed to fix the artwork will be provided for approval.

Order Processing Orders can be received via a Purchase Order (PO) or on the Gift Services website. (Distributors must be set up with login information to enter orders online)

Production Time Standard production time is 2 business days after complete order is processed. A complete order includes PO, artwork, art proof approval, payment or credit approval, and a drop ship order form and gift cards if the order requires them. Blank orders ship the following business day. Production time could be longer for large orders or during peak seasons.

Minimums Most gifts are available in quantities of one. Select products have minimums as shown in this catalog and the website.

Samples Blank and random product samples are available for the prices shown. Spec samples are available for the price shown + $40.00 (v). The cost of the sample will be credited to orders of 25+ units.

Terms Full payment must be received before production begins. We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, or company check. Invoice accounts are available for established customers upon credit approval. Custom orders require a 50% deposit with the PO and the remaining balance due upon shipment of order.

Sales Tax Sales tax will be collected on any orders shipping to recipients in WA, NC, TX and NY unless the distributor provides Gift Services with a WA, NC, TX or NY Resale Certificate before the order is processed.

Guarantee Gift Services guarantees your gift order will arrive to your customer or the recipient in quality condition. If you or your clients aren’t satisfied with the item(s), contact Gift Services within 7 days of delivery and we’ll replace it or issue a refund.

Substitutions Substitutions will be made as necessary to ensure gift availability. Items substituted will be of equal or greater value.

Returns Food components and decorated gifts are not reusable if returned, therefore these items are nonreturnable. Decorated items can be reshipped to a new address with an additional shipping charge.

Chocolate & Fruit Gifts To ensure the quality of all gifts fulfilled by Gift Services, chocolate and fruit components cannot be shipped during the warmer seasons. Gifts that contain fewer chocolate components are available year round, but during warm weather months, chocolate is replaced with heat-tolerable food items of equal or greater value.

Shipping Methods We ship via Ground, 3-Day, 2-Day, Overnight, and Freight. Ground Shipping transit times are not guaranteed and may be longer during peak seasons. Our Primary Carrier is FedEx. We will gladly ship orders on a provided FedEx # upon request. We ship UPS on a limited basis. Please contact us for more information.

Drop Shipments Drop shipments are accommodated for $4.00 (v) per recipient with no additional production time. Multiple addresses must be uploaded to the Gift Services website for an online order or be provided on our drop ship order form.

Drop Ship Order Form Our drop ship form must be emailed to Gift Services for orders shipping to three or more addresses. Orders shipping to three or more addresses submitted without the drop ship order form will be charged a data entry fee of $2.00 (V) per address.

Recipient Addresses Please verify all addresses for accuracy. Address corrections will be charged $5.00 (V) per address. Returned and rerouted packages will be charged $15.00 (V). The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred with the carrier due to returned or rerouted packages. Credits will not be issued for returns due to incorrect shipping or refused packages. We will gladly ship returned packages to a new address and new shipping charges will apply.

Bulk Shipments For multiple units shipping to one location, the master carton fee is $8.00 (V) per carton. Bulk packing is not available for all gifts. Please contact us for more information.

Freight Charges Palletized orders will be charged $40.00 (V) per pallet.

Shipping Restrictions We do not ship to international addresses, APO addresses, or post office boxes. Special restrictions apply on shipments to AK and HI.

Wine Restrictions Gift Services ships wine to every state the law allows. An adult signature is required at the time of delivery for all shipments containing wine. If an order is shipping to multiple addresses, including restricted states, we will be happy to suggest an alternate gourmet gift in the same price range in order to complete the order. Combined quantity pricing will apply.

Gift Cards Gift cards printed with a general or personalized message are available at no extra charge. Insertion of provided cards with general messages is available for no additional charge. Insertion of provided personalized cards will be charged $5.00 (V) per card.

Minimums Custom gifts can be created for projects of $1,000 (Z) or more. Custom projects of $5,000 (Z) or more can be supplied with a digital photograph of the custom gift professionally displayed. Custom projects under $5,000 (Z) will be provided with a list of components to be used in the chosen container, but no photograph.

Spec Samples Spec samples of custom gifts are available for the price of the gift, plus $40.00 (V).

Terms Custom orders require a 50% deposit with the PO and the remaining balance due upon shipment of order. We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, or company check. Invoice accounts are available for established customers upon credit approval.

Production Time Production time for custom gifts depends on the size and scope of the project. Order processing must be completed before production can begin. A complete order includes PO, artwork, art proof approval, payment or credit approval, and a drop ship order form and gift cards if the order requires them. Production time could be longer for large orders or during peak seasons.
