All exhibitors must complete the construction of their booth by 24:00 Hrs. on 15th January 2020. No construction/decoration will be allowed after this time, as cleaning of the building must be done. 2. It is forbidden to dismantle the booth before 21:00 Hrs. on 19th January 2020, as this is the final day of the event. 3. Exhibitors must collect all products and equipment/decorations of the booth after the closing time on the final day (Within 24:00 Hrs. on 19th January 2020). In the case that exhibitors cannot remove their products and equipment / decorations of the booth within the stipulated time, if damaged or lost in any circumstances, the exhibitor must be the person responsible for the incident as well as the fee for the delayed dismantling.

Rules & Regulations in the Exhibition Hall
(1) Badge (Enter/Exit the Building)
1.1 EXHIBITOR’S BADGE
1.1.1 Exhibitors can register and receive 4 Exhibitor’s badges in the registration
area at the TTAA’s Coordination booth on 15th January 2020, at 15.00 Hrs.
1.1.2 Exhibitors must wear the badge at all times when in the exhibition area
for security purposes.
1.1.3 Exhibitors that do not wear a badge or do not have a badge will not be
allowed to enter or exit the exhibition area.
1.1.4 The exhibitor’s badge can be used from the date of preparing for the
event till the end of the event in all areas.
1.2 CONTRACTOR’S BADGE
1.2.1 Contractors must use their Thai I.D. card to exchange it for a contractor’s
badge at the TTAA’s Coordination booth.
1.2.2 Contractors must wear the badge at all times when in the exhibition area
for security purposes. Contractors that do not wear a badge or do not
have a badge will not be allowed to enter or exit the exhibition area.
1.2.3 The contractor’s badge can be used from the date of constructing and
dismantling only. It cannot be used during the event except if receiving
permission from the organizer.
1.2.4 In the case, the contractor mislays his/her badge, he/she will not receive
permission to leave the event area as well as incur a fine of 100 Baht.
(2) Construction & Decoration of a Standard Booth
For the construction and decoration of a booth, the exhibitor can select a Standard
Booth or arrange for the construction of a booth by using a contractor. Exhibitors must abide by
the following regulations for the construction and decoration of a booth.
The organizer has appointed N.C.C. Image Company Limited as the official contractor of
the Standard Booth for exhibitors that rent a Standard Booth space. Thus, the organizer

requests for the cooperation in abiding by the regulations for the use of a prefabricated booth
as follows :
2.1. Permission will not be given to add or construct a booth that is higher than the
ceiling in the building. From the floor can be no higher than 5 meters
(The partitions cannot have a high density of more than 2.5 meters).
2.2. Permission will not be given to paint the partitions of the Standard Booth. If an
exhibitor would like to affix stickers or other materials on the partitions, please
contact the staff of the contracting company (N.C.C. Image Company Limited)
to conduct an official inspection, so to arrange accordingly.
2.3. Permission will not be given to hammer, hang or affix anything to the structure
of the Standard Booth or the exhibition building.
2.4. Permission will not be given to hang or affix anything from the ceiling, floor or even
any part of the exhibition building.
2.5. The installation of lighting or electrical plugs within the structure of the Standard
Booth must be officially ordered from the electrical contractor.
2.6. Must request the electrical power service within the booth by ordering the
electrical power from the N.C.C. Image Company Limited, which is the official
electrical contractor.
2.7. The regulations do not allow exhibitors to conduct any damage to the booth’s
partitions.
2.7.1 It is strictly forbidden to add, change or move the structure of the Standard
Booth. If there is a necessity to change the format of the booth, please
contact the staff of the Operations Division of the company to arrange
accordingly.
2.7.2 It is strictly forbidden to spray or attach glue, or use silicone on the partitions.
2.7.3 It is strictly forbidden to paint, spray or mark or write on the partitions.
2.7.4 It is strictly forbidden to pierce, hammer, shoot staples, mark, or do anything
that will damage the partitions or any part of the structure of the booth.

If there is a necessity to stick anything on the partitions, please contact the
staff of the Operations Division beforehand.
2.8. The company’s signboard will be 30 centimeters high and 3 meters wide (the
lettering on the signboard will be 10 centimeters). The signboard will be
placed at the front of the booth with an aluminum border. This will inform the
name of the company and the number of the booth.
2.9. The electricity and furniture: The booth will have plugs with 3 pins that are 5 amps
in strength (do not use with strong lighting); 2 fluorescent lights; 2 black metal
chairs; 1 table, and 1 rubbish bin.
2.10. In the case that the exhibitor of the Standard Booth does not require partitions,
signboard structure, electricity and furniture (table, chairs or rubbish bin) in the
booth, please state in Form No. 1 to inform the organizer or N.C.C. Image
Company Limited to facilitate exhibitor’s needs. (In the case, the exhibitor does
not inform in advance or informs on the construction day, he/she may not receive
his/her request.)
Remark : If any exhibitor does not comply or violates any of the aforementioned regulations,
N.C.C. Image Company Limited, which is responsible for the Standard Booth, has
the right to charge the exhibitor 3,000 Baht for any damages caused.
3. Construction & Decoration of Vacant Space
Exhibitors who require vacant space (no carpet or electricity) regardless if they contract
the contractor to decorate the booth or not, must send the construction plan within 6th
January 2019. Exhibitors can construct the booth as follows:
3.1 The organizer will mark the area for the booth’s construction in accordance with
the size of the reserved space.
3.2 As the booth of the exhibitor is vacant space, there will no electricity or lighting.
If an exhibitor would like to affix electricity within the booth, then for the installation
of electricity on the construction day use Form No. 2. For electricity and equipment
on the exhibition days use Form No. 3, so to rent electrical equipment from N.C.C.

3.3 In displaying products, exhibitors must use the company’s name signboard and
booth number.
3.4 In the case the vacant space connects to other booths, the exhibitor must make
the partition to be higher than the other exhibitor. Do not use the partition of
a Standard Booth of other exhibitors and if the partition of the exhibitor is higher
than the partition of the neighboring booth, then the exhibitor must completely
close the higher section.
3.5 In the case of using double-sided adhesive tape, then the carpet should be taken
care of and the tape used should not cause any damage. Exhibitors must
coordinate with the contractor.
4. Exclusions of Entering the Construction Area of Vacant Space
The rules and regulations have been drafted with the objective for the safety and
facilitation in exhibitor’s operations. The organizer requests for the full cooperation from all
exhibitors and contractors in abiding strictly with the following:
4.1 It is strictly forbidden to expand, install, hammer nails, or glue anything on the
booth’s partitions or on the building.
4.2 It is strictly forbidden to spray paint on the partitions or on the building.
4.3 It is strictly forbidden to put any advertising billboard or place any kind of
equipment outside of the booth’s area.
4.4 It is strictly forbidden to spray paint inside the booth’s area, but this can be done
at the back of the building.
4.5 It is strictly forbidden to hang any kind of equipment including piping, electric
wiring, fire hose, etc.
4.6 It is strictly forbidden to open and/or close electrical power connections with the
switchboard
4.7 It is strictly forbidden to place any construction materials or waste material to
obstruct the walkway. Everything must be collected and take outside.

4.8 It is strictly forbidden to use an electrical saw, welder or equipment that could
start a fire in the building.
4.9 It is strictly forbidden for exhibitors who reserve vacant space to use the
partitions of neighboring booths.
4.10 It is strictly forbidden to drag or wheel any equipment on the floor of QSNCC.
Only appropriate materials will be accepted.
4.11 It is strictly forbidden to use gas and bring any kind of animal into the exhibition
area.
4.12 It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the exhibition area except in stipulated areas.
4.13 It is strictly forbidden to transport products in and out during the exhibition time.
Permission will only be given to transport products during the set time.
Remark : All booths that have a special design must prepare canvas to cover the construction
area. If any damage is caused by the construction of the booth and/or display area
or the exhibition area, the exhibitor must take full responsibility.

Rules and Regulations Exposition Technology Co., Ltd will be responsible for the electrical service system. By
following :
1. General Service
1.1. There are 2 main power supply circuits “Lighting Power Circuit” and “Exhibit
Power Circuit”
1.2. Single phase AC 220 V/ 50 Hz, and three phases with neutral AC 380 V/ 50 Hz
with a fluctuation of approximately 10%. Exhibitor whose equipment is particularly
sensitive should arrange for stabilizers.
1.3. Electrical power such as single phase 110 V 50 Hz or three phases 220 V / 50
Hz will be specially arranged if requested to Exposition Technology staff.
1.4. Exhibitors or contractors who require to use the electricity. Please choose the
size of breaker that suite for the need of using. In order to meet safety standards
and avoid the accidents that may occur from using the full range of power
supply, exhibitors and contractors must put the allowance for safety factor at
least 20% of usage. All exhibitors and contractors have to use standard cable
and ground cable to wiring for safety everywhere that you using the electricity.
1.5. All electrical motors must have independent protection against excessive current
surges. The following starter system should therefore be used
1.5.1. Direct online – not over 5 Hp
1.5.2. Star–deltas – 5 to 25 Hp
1.5..3. Auto transformers – above 25 Hp
2. Standard Booth Service
2.1. Electrical system in the standard booth is 3 x 3 m. There are 2 sets of Fluorescent
28W (white light) and 1 set of 5 amp socket (cannot be use with lighting) both items
are inclusive of electrical consumption.
2.2. Exhibitor can request for a service form and use for order the electrical system
by following :

2.2.1. Section A: Breaker for set up and tear down (including power consumption)
2.2.2. Section B: Breakers for exhibits (not for lighting and including power
consumption)
2.2.3. Section C, D: Electrical Equipment and Breakers for lighting (including
power consumption)
2.2.4. Section E: Power point charge for exhibitors using their own equipment
2.2.5. Section F: Water Connection
2.2.6. Section G : Compressed Air
2.2.7. Section H : Audio Visual equipment
2.3. For additional services, exhibitor has to specify the position of spotlights
and water connection on the floor plan. Please indicate position in form
See Form 7.
2.4. Raw Space Exhibitors MUST complete section C and D.
2.5. Exposition Technology reserves the right to disconnect the electrical
supply to any installations by other contractors which, in the opinion of
the electrical contractor, are dangerous or likely to cause annoyance to
others.
2.6. Power supplies to stands will be switched off 30 minutes after the exhibition
closed and 60 minutes after the end of the exhibition on the last show day
except the 24 hrs. service.
2.7. Any connections or adapters that against the rules and regulations will
be disconnected without notice. This includes multi-outlet adapters.
Extensions from the socket point are strictly prohibited.
3. Special Booth Service
3.1. Exhibitors who apply for “Space Only” specially designed stands should submit
their electrical order together with their layout plan before the deadline.
An inspection will be carried out before turning on the power supply.

3.2. Exhibitors must submit the names of the electrical engineers, technicians, and
electricians who carry out their electrical installations or set up their exhibits in
order for them to be authorized by Exposition Technology Co.Ltd. Exhibitors
should submit an electrical power supplies form to Exposition Technology
Co.,Ltd. Payment should be made before due date. For safety, exhibitors are not
allowed to input any equipments and electrical installation to the main terminal.
In case of any illegal connection, the contractor reserves the right to disconnect
the electrical supply.
3.3. Exhibitors or their contractors who wish to bring in special lights to be used in
their stands should receive prior approval from the organizer before the
deadline. Applicants should submit the following requirements when applying :
3.3.1 Contractor Name.
3.3.2 Names and identity card/ passport number of the attending electrical
personnel.
3.3.3 Specifications and rating in watts/ unit of the light fitting.
3.3.4 Layout line drawings of the electrical installations.
3.3.5 Order form
3.4. Approved electricians can collect their personal entry working passes during the
official moving in period from the organizers show management office in the
exhibition hall.
3.5. A proper power input terminal should be installed by exhibitors or their
contractors before the official electrical contractor can connect the electrical
supply line. Once the installation is inspected by Exposition Company, the
power will be turned on.
3.6. All socket points must be ordered through Exposition Technology, otherwise no
socket points are allowed in the exhibitor’s booths / stands.
3.7. Any connections or adapters that against the rules and regulations will be
disconnected without notice. This includes multi-outlet adapters; extensions from

the socket point are strictly prohibited.
3.8. No flashing lights will be permitted, unless they form as integral part of exhibit.
Sequence-lit displays may be used.
3.9. Exposition Technology Co., Ltd. reserves the rights to disconnect the electrical
supply to any installations that are dangerous or likely to cause annoyance to
others.
3.10. All electrical power supplies must be installed by the following safety and
regulations, without exception.
4. Rules and regulations for electrical safety standard system.
For internal cable wiring, must use the suitable standard cable and must wiring the ground
system in every point. If the non-standard cable and risky connecting were found, we have the
right to cut off the power till exhibitors or contractors fix it. Below are the standard cable for each
breakers.

5. Breaker 380V. 3 Phase 50 Hz. is allowed to use for 1 internal circuit only. Exhibitors or
contractors have to use the MDB (Load Center) for multi internal circuits. If exhibitors or
contractors connect the electrical for multi circuit without MDB (Load Center), we have the right
to cut off the power. For breaker connecting point method, exhibitors or contractors are not
allowed to connect the cable direct to breakers. “Ring Terminals” are required to use for cable
and breaker connecting
Electrical inspector will immediately disconnect the power supply in case of rule
violation. In case of damage, exhibitors will be fined 20 times of show day price list accordingly
by the rules and regulations.

6. Product Display Practices
6.1 Exhibitors must always have a staff member in attendance in the booth during the
exhibition period. Exhibitors cannot conduct any act that will cause a problem or disturb
participants of the event or other exhibitors. They cannot transfer the right to display
products to other companies or persons, and cannot divide the space of the booth for
other companies or persons, or apply to sublease the booth to display products or sever
their booth without permission, and consideration will be taken for the participation of the
exhibitor in future events.
6.2 Exhibitors must open the booth to display their products throughout the period of the
event and cannot transfer products to or from the booth during the exhibition period
unless receiving special permission from the organizer by informing in advance.
6.3 Exhibitors must take responsibility for their staff’s or representative’s conduct.
6.4 Exhibitors must display information or facts relating to the quality of their products or
services that are displayed or on sale in full as prescribed in the Consumer
Protection Act.
6.5 In the case that there is a complaint from a government agency or organization and
participant to the event, the exhibitor’s company will experience disrepute with the
participants. Thus, the 19 organizer has the right in cancelling the booth space without
any refund and consideration will be taken for the participation of the exhibitor in future
events.
6.6 Advertising, public relations, or any form of business solicitation cannot be conducted
outside of the booth.

10. Air-Conditioning
The organizer will turn off the air-conditioning in the exhibition building on the day for
decorating the booth, and will turn on the air-conditioning during 22 - 25 August, 2019, which
are the exhibition days.
11. Overtime
On the day of the construction of the booth, the organizer will grant permission for
constructing and decorating the booth till 24.00 Hrs. If exhibitors would like to do any
construction after the stipulated time, please inform the organizer before 18.00 Hrs. of each day
as well as pay the overtime fee in accordance with the rate and must inform the security staff to
oversee as well.
Product Display Practices
11.1 Exhibitors must always have a staff member in attendance in the booth during

or disturb participants of the event or other exhibitors. They cannot transfer the
right to display products to other companies or persons, and cannot divide the
space of the booth for other companies or persons, or apply to sublease the
booth to display products or sever their booth without permission, and
consideration will be taken for the participation of the exhibitor in future events.
11.2 Exhibitors must open the booth to display their products throughout the period of
the event and cannot transfer products to or from the booth during the exhibition
period unless receiving special permission from the organizer by informing in
advance.
11.3 Exhibitors must take responsibility for their staff’s or representative’s conduct.
11.4 Exhibitors must display information or facts relating to the quality of their products
or services that are displayed or on sale in full as prescribed in the Consumer
Protection Act.
11.5 In the case that there is a complaint from a government agency or organization

and participant to the event, the exhibitor’s company will experience disrepute
with the participants. Thus, the organizer has the right in cancelling the booth
space without any refund and consideration will be taken for the participation of
the exhibitor in future events.
11.6 Advertising, public relations, or any form of business solicitation cannot be
conducted outside of the booth.
11.7 Exhibitors can erect signboards, posters, and stickers within their booth.
11.8 Megaphones or loud speakers of any form are not allowed to be used.
11.9 In the case of an unexpected accident or force majeure during the exhibition
days; for example, political disturbance, riot, or war, etc. in which it is not
possible to provide the services in accordance with the contract, the organizer
has the right not to provide a reimbursement of various expenses incurred by the
exhibitor to the organizer and cannot make any claim or request for any
compensation from the organizer.
12. Use of Sound in the Event
The organizer does not allow the use of any kind of sound devices in the event to
prevent disturbing others, with the exception of the main stage for the activities of performers,
various performances, awarding of prizes, and audio-visual equipment; for example, TV, video,
etc. However, the level of the sound must be controlled to be no more than 70 decibels, or as
the organizer considers as being too loud. 1 warning will be given after which the organizer has
the right to reduce the level of the sound or disallow that performance or demonstration, so not
to cause a disturbance to other exhibitors. If exhibitors do not comply, then the organizer has
the right not to disburse electrical power to that booth and does not have to inform in advance
either.

13. Making Announcements in the Event
If there are excessive announcements to persons who contact the company/store in the
event that causes a disturbance while discussing business; therefore, the organizer has the
right to make announcements for public use only not for announcing personal messages.
14. Document Distribution
Various activities in the display of products of the exhibitors; for example, advertising,
interviews, document distribution, or souvenir distribution must only be conducted within the
exhibitor’s booth. Permission will not be granted to distribute food or beverage of any kind
except within the Food Zone. This will not cause a disturbance and/or barricade the
entrance/exits of the public walkways or pester neighboring exhibitors. Exhibitors cannot
conduct any of the above except in the case they have received permission from the organizer;
otherwise, they will receive 1 warning notice. If they continue to violate these regulations, they
will receive a fine of 2,000 Baht/person and all documents will be confiscated.
15. Transportation and Transferring of Products
- The transferring of materials, products, and equipment will use the back doors of the
building as stipulated. Exhibitors cannot use the front doors of the building.
- Permission will not be granted to use a cart, trolley, or mechanical equipment to pass
the area that has covered floor, granite, marble tiles, or other materials of the same type.
An exception will be given if permission has been granted by the organizer beforehand and the
person receiving the permission must cover the floor with other materials; for example, plastic,
carpet, etc. for the entire way of transferring the products.
16. Damages
The organizer will conduct an inspection of the condition of the exhibition building
between the day of construction and after the dismantling of the booths/ Therefore, all exhibitors
will be responsible for any damages incurred to the exhibition building as well as to the carpet

made by the individual exhibitor, the exhibitor’s representatives and/or staff under his/her
responsibility or contractors that are not official contractors regardless if the damage is
conducted intentionally or through negligence.
17. Removal of Goods or Products in Advance
In the case that the exhibitor needs to remove goods or products in advance, the
exhibitor must request for the form to conduct the removal from the organizer to show to the
security staff at the exit and cannot use a cart or trolley to remove the goods or products.
18. Force Majeure
In the case that there is force majeure in addition to the rules and regulations stated in
the Exhibitor’s Manual, the organizer will make all final decisions only.
Note : For the entire period of the event, all exhibitors must abide by all rules and regulations
stated. If any exhibitor violates these rules and regulations, the organizer has the right in
cancelling the use of the booth space and will not refund any expenses paid, as well as will not
grant permission to participate in any future events.
