2. FASCIA – How do you want your fascia signage to appear?

IMPORTANT 2015 CHANGES: MANDATORY WALL SUPPORTS
To improve Health & Safety standards all stands that remove their fascia structure will be required to have a minimum 0.6m support wall every 3m. No support walls are to be removed without Moreton Hire permission.
Examples of how walls supports will be applied based on back wall measurement. Should the support be less than 600mm deep, an additional support will need to be added. Optional seamless walls can be achieved by having a void – *additional charges apply.

Please note that 1x 10 amp power point is included in the cost of your stand. Placement of this power point will
be in the rear bottom left corner unless a power location is specified on the stand requirements form.
Electrical Requirements
• Cancellations or changes advised less than 48 hours before move-in days will incur a fee of up to 50% of the cost of the initial order.
• Power points are located at the rear left bottom corner of your stand unless otherwise specified.
• THE USE OF DOUBLE ADAPTORS IS PROHIBITED • Power boards (with inclusive safety circuit protectors) can be used. Only if each board has been Tag & Tested
by a qualified electrician.
Power Points & Lighting
• Tungsten Halogen Fittings must be completely covered with protective glass. • YOU MUST NOT ATTACH OR SCREW YOUR OWN ELECTRICAL FITTINGS TO THE ALUMINIUM FASCIA
• You must complete the Stand Modification Request Form and order a support beam for your own lights if needed.
• All wirings to fittings must be carried out by a qualified electrical contractor.
• All on site fittings and wiring provided by exhibitors will be inspected, and if not up to safety standards, reinstallation will need to take place at the exhibitor’s expense.
• If your electrical fittings are deemed unsafe or illegal, the venue reserves the right to withhold the supply of power until all items are fully rectified. (Minimum charge $84.00 for call out)
Testing & Tagging
• Take your electrical equipment to a qualified electrician.
• They will attach a tag to the electrical lead stating the item has been tested by a qualified electrician in the last six months; you cannot use an electrical item without this tag.
• AGHA provides this service on site. Please visit your nearest Information Counter.
• It is recommended that you have your equipment tested before you arrive. You may experience long delays if equipment is tested on site.
