The Solemn Declaration of No Inflated Numbers of Reed Exhibitions Japan Ltd.

<Fundamental Philosophy of the Total Visitor Number Announcement>1. The number of visitors will be stated honestly and will not be inflated. This is our duty to exhibitors.

2. The inflation of visitor numbers is a misrepresentation of the contents of the exhibition and fraudulent to the exhibitors.

3. The number of visitors and also the counting method will be stringently announced in writing shortly after the exhibition.

1. Certified public accountants confirm that “the number of visitors released by the organiser” is identical to “the number

of business cards collected at the on-site registration counter”.

2. Random checks are made by telephoning the registered visitors to verify that the visits took place.

3. Japan Exhibition Certification Council (JECC) examines the report done by certified public accountants and verifies the

accuracy of the number before issuing the certification mark.

<Three Major Principles of the Counting Method>1. One business card submitted at the on-site registration counter is counted as one visitor.

2. Once registered, a visitor is counted only once, no matter how many times and days they enter the exhibition.

3. Counting the visitors each time they pass through the entrance is regarded as an actual inflation of the figures, therefore, this counting method is prohibited.

We consistently count visitor registration numbers clearly and stringently based on the following philosophy and principles.

4 Benefits to Exhibit at IVR

Exhibitors can explain the actual condition of products that cannot be expressed in

magazine advertisements or on the web. Visitors can experience the products on-site

and decide what they need to introduce.

Our president had business meeting with

customers at the booth by himself. We

received inquiries from real estate industry, and

we expect to achieve sales of USD 180,000.

POPORO PLANT

We expect sales of USD 110,000 from

automotive makers and others. So, we decided

to exhibit with double space next time.

SHERPA

Our new products linked with VR, IoT, AI

attracted visitors’ eyes and we’ve got many

inquiries. Our sales is expected to be USD

90,000 from event promoters and others.

KUBOTA

We made appointments with exhibitors before

the show and discussed deeply at the venue.

We plan to introduce VR Systems at USD

225,000.

JVC KENWOOD

We plan to introduce advanced display with

USD 54,000. Although we visited this show

for the first time, we are very satisfied with

extensive line up of exhibits.

NHK SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY RESEARCH LABORATORIES

We plan to introduce VR content at USD

90,000. We were satisfied with having

concrete business talks while experiencing

products’ demonstrations.
