geNerAl ticket PoliciesA designated number of tickets (as noted in your Executive Suite License Agreement) are allocated to your suite for each Vancouver Canucks home game and entertainment event, with the total depending on the maximum capacity of your suite . In the event your suite is obstructed, suite tickets will not be issued, but you will have the opportunity to purchase arena seats prior to the on sale date for the general public . When your suite does have a view, an additional number of standing room tickets are available for purchase on a per-event basis . Please note, children under two years of age will not require a ticket to gain entrance to the arena .

vANcouver cANucks ticketsPrior to the start of pre-season play, you will receive a complete package of all pre-season and regular season NHL tickets that have been allocated to your suite . You also have the option of purchasing additional stand-ing room suite tickets for all Canucks games . Complete details regarding playoff tickets will be forwarded to you late in the regular season .

The price of additional standing room suite tickets for Canucks pre-season and regular season games will be set prior to the start of each season . For the 2012 .13 season, additional tickets are $115 .00 .

eveNt Notices Each licensed Suiteholder will receive notice of all up-coming concerts and other events at Rogers Arena when the event is publicly announced . Before tickets go on sale to the general public, you will receive an informa-tion piece describing the event that outlines all perti-nent details (date, show time, stage configuration, ticket prices, etc .) . Typically the promoter publicly announces events 2-5 days prior to the general public on sale date . Please be aware that at any time, event promoters may change event times, ticket prices and stage locations . As a result, we are unable to guarantee this information .

The price of an additional standing room suite ticket for concert or other events varies with the price set by the promoter for each individual event .

exclusive oFFersWhenever possible, Canucks Sports & Entertainment will negotiate with event promoters to present special arena ticket offers to all of our suiteholders . This is ultimately at the discretion of the promoters . We suggest you check all event notices as soon as you receive them to see if an exclusive ticket offer is being made .

relocAtioN oPPortuNityAll Executive Suites offer full views of Vancouver Canucks hockey action . Inevitably – because of the different stage settings used by performers – some suites may have obstructed views of other events .

If it is anticipated that your suite will have an obstructed view for a particular event, we will notify you in advance to allow you the opportunity to purchase arena reloca-tion seating before the event goes on sale to the public . You will be offered the opportunity to purchase the number of arena tickets equal to the normal ticket allotment of your suite . Simply fax your Relocation Opportunity Announcement Order Form to the Rogers Arena Ticket Centre at 604 .899 .7430 by the dead-line indicated on the form . Obstructed suite tickets will not be forwarded as production companies restrict access to back stage/obstructed suites .

While your suite is a private area for you and your guests during events, we do need to ensure there is full compliance with all liquor laws and other applicable regulations . Rogers Arena Management has developed a number of policies to ensure that all facility guests re-ceive maximum enjoyment . We would like to bring your attention to the matters outlined below . The following policies and procedures are subject to change or adjust-ment at any time, at Canucks Sports & Entertainment’s sole discretion, to best suit circumstances and conditions as they unfold .

hours oF oPerAtioNUnderground Parkade access times for Vancouver Canucks games will be two hours prior to the scheduled start time of the game (which is one hour before gates open to the general public) . Post event, suites may remain in use for up to one hour after the game con-cludes or at midnight, whichever comes first . Please contact your Account Executive if you would like to make arrangements to access your suite earlier .

If you are arriving on foot or from an external parking lot, before the gates are open for general admission, please use the exclusive entrances at gates 1 and 10 . When in the building, please remember to carry your suite ticket with you at all times to regain admittance to the suite levels .

coNcerts ANd other eveNtsSuite and parkade access times for concerts and other events are the same as the general public gate access times, usually one hour prior to the scheduled start of the event, unless otherwise indicated . Early suite access is generally not possible, as it would conflict with rehearsals and sound checks . Post event, suites may remain in use for up to one hour after the event concludes or midnight, whichever comes first .

souNd ANd visioNThe audio and video systems at Rogers Arena are state-of-the-art . To ensure our fans receive the ultimate audio quality to enhance their sports and entertainment experience we have an integrated system highlighted by L-Acoustics speakers . The main speakers consist of six line source arrays suspended over the ice, with 360°coverage from seats behind the glass to the Level 500 suites . The design allows an audio technician to vary sound levels according to the particular needs of the building . Geometrically centred between each speaker array is two sepa-rate subwoofer arrays, each consisting of eight SB28s . Upgrades to the centre-hung scoreboard include the addition of six ARCS speakers to improve on-ice coverage . The entire system is driven by 23 LA8 amplifiers on a redundant fibre network .

The video screen employs an integrated Daktronics super system that provides the utmost in clarity and excitement . The centre-hung design incorporates Daktronics high resolution ProStar® light emitting diode (LED) technology with picture elements (pixels) on 10mm ( .39”) centre-to-centre spacing . Each of the four main video displays measure approximately 14 feet high by 24 feet long, with Pure Pixel® resolution exceeding 300,000 pixels per screen . The main video screens have a width to height ratio that matches the high definition (HD) standard 16:9 aspect ratio . Flanking each main video display are additional

full-color LED displays to present game scores, times and statistics . Each measures approximately 13 feet 6 inches high by 5 feet wide . Large circular ProAd® displays are suspended above and below the main video screens . The top ProAd® display measures approximately 3 feet high by 149 feet in circumfer-ence; the bottom display approximately 3 feet high by 104 feet in circumference . One of the largest LED fascia displays is installed in front of the 300 level of seating, surrounding the seating bowl . The display measures over 2 feet high and more than 950 feet in circumference . This ProAd® display, along with those incorporated into the centre-hung scoreboard design, provides complete flexibility compared to traditional printed or scrolling displays .

Each Executive Suite has a 40” flat screen HD television capable of receiving our in house Cable TV signals . These signals include the scoreboard feed and all of the “raw” camera feeds from the broadcast trucks, as well as 24 sports channels from our satel-lite dishes and a variety of local channels . The suites also have a flatscreen balcony monitor.

Each Executive Suite is equipped with a stereo tuner with pre-set channels for local television and radio play-by-play feeds .
