International exposure

In the second year of the program, you’ll be able to choose three “intensive week” experiences. Options include international treks in Shanghai, Sao Paulo and New York, the Executive-Management Simulation Program (EXSIM) and area-specific elective weeks. These demanding hands-on experiences enable you to tailor your learning experience and put theory into practice.

EXSIM EXSIM is a unique business simulation that puts you in the role of senior executive. Over the course of one intensive week you make strategic and operational decisions that affect a real company’s performance, dealing with real-world financial entities and trade unions. You report to the board and you will be evaluated by the CEO at the end of the week.
