The undersigned 2urveyor has carried out

Occasional survey of the abovo-tnentioned ship's underwater buil and ruddcr propelier unit at the request of the Owncr (ref. Lett& of OJSC "Arktikmorneftegfazrazvedka" No 05/2689 dated 26.082014) using the underwater TV system for ehecking comphanco of it technical condítion with RMRS applicable Rulos. During the survey the following was found:

1. The ship has RS Classification with cern of validity tul 10.12.2014; last survey of the underwater hull was carried out 30.052012 — the Itera one to bá earrled out not tater iban 10,12.2014. Last survey of the SB and PS rudder propeller unit iaa disassembled state was cerned out 30.052012 —the next une to be carried out not tater aun 3045.2017. The survey was carried out by the "Russian Díving Company" LLC recognized by RMRS. Before the survey has beca eanied out "Program No 2014.13 of the ship's tmderwater hui! and rudder propencr units inspeetionw, approved by RMRS 02.092014, was submitted.
