My spiritual father is Dr. Bruce Ladebu. I thank IFEL & IOM for accepting our membership into your alliance. I got saved and baptized in the Holy Spirit in 1983. I faithfully served my parent church in various capacities; (Usher, Music, Youth and evangelism) until in 1996 when I was blessed and released to pursue my line of ministry. I have served in the pastorate for seventeen (17) consecutive years as an ordained minister of the Gospel of our Lord and has established churches in urban and rural communities. My ministry in Liberia has brought me face to face with object poverty stricken rural folks; pagan worshippers, voodoo priests and traditional secret societies members. People are perishing without the hope of hearing the Gospel of Jesus Christ. They are also yearning for some relief to accompany spiritual emancipation. To make the Gos- pel empowering, a more practical approach must be given a fundamental priority as a way of accelerating the work of the Kingdom like Jesus did! The Christian Alliance for Missions and Church Planting (CAFMACP) Inc; an associa- tion of indigent churches, has a vision of planting self-replicating churches, establish- ing schools, Bible College, construction of churches, provision of safe drinking water and engaging in developmental initiatives that caters for children and people of all ages without discrimination. CAFMACP has secured fifty (50) acres of land to be used for the construction of a Mission Mobilization Center which shall serve as a central hub for the training, equipping and sending of missionaries and several developmental projects which shall impact the lives of host communities through the Children Res- cue Village, Education project, Medical facility, Prayer Tower etc, and to foster the work of the Kingdom in Liberia. become a father and mentor to many, a counselor and, a believer in God and in the destiny of mankind. IFEL/IOM has a unique message that is relevant for the Body of Christ in this season, a message that will usher her into her God given destiny. I do believe partnering with IFEL/IOM will enable us draw strength from each other as we share experiences, pray together, strategize and to engage into Kingdom initiatives that will affect the Body of Christ in Liberia, Africa and the world at large. The issues of orphans and vulnerable children in Liberia are a matter of paramount con-cern and urgency. The survival of any nation and people depend on the development of its human capacity, especially investment in the lives of children. Poverty in Liberia is a key contributor to the human suffering that is negatively impacting the lives of children and undermining the existence of families. The Government is not capacitated to address these concerns as the nation recovers from prolonged war. CAFMACP desires to bring hope to the children by constructing a Children Rescue Vil-lage of 24 buildings that shall cater for the spiritual, emotional, intellectual and physical development of children. We anticipate that children coming out of our program will be equipped to be ambassadors for Christ. The pictures here are portrait of the first building that shall provide shelter for the chil-dren. Water born related diseases are prevalent in Liberia due to lack of safe drinking water. CAFMACP wants to combine the Living Water with the physical to reach rural communities. We have trained a team of well drillers but they lack the needed equip-ment and logistics to accelerate assistances to villages where people are still drinking from rivers and creeks. David is an IOM Partner, IFEL Member and Field Representative of the IOM African Outreach
These blog postings are designed to teach men and women the biblical role of the bibli-cal tradition of manhood and womanhood. Our children, communities, and nation need a few good husbands, fathers, wives, moth-ers, and leaders who are willing to lead ac-cording to the divine Word of Truth. Why are the women asserting more male dominance than our males? Why do men default to women in leading their families, homes, and communities? These are just some of the questions that will be answered in The Principled Patriarch. Log on and learn more: http://drphinney7.blogspot.com/
UPDATE FROM THE SLUMS OF INDIA—Pastor K. Murthy Babu Our dear and friendly IOM readers, we are serving the Lord among the Hindu's, Muslim and Schedule Tribes where we are working with illiterate and drunks, adultery and immortal people. This is a slum colony of 300 houses will be there and 1300 -1500 hundred people are living. There is no good water facility and there is no drainage system for this colony, no good electricity, few roads and no proper toilets. The situation of the people is devastating. To reach my own people we are pray-ing, serving and moving with love while proclaiming the good news of Jesus Christ. God is changing the lives of people and adding them to Church. By the Grace of the Lord through our ministry many people known Jesus Christ and now people are attending worship ser-vices and children are attending for Sunday School. And we have and we lead some dedicated people to Serve the lord by teaching them the Word of and by giving them practical field training in the power of the Cross. We are excited as we conduct outreach ministry for Gospel to this unreached people. One of the ways we are reaching the hearts of people is through the Jesus Film—we are taking a projector for rent and going to interior places. And we are do-ing tracks and Bible distribution ministry. And where we conduct a gospel meeting there some people are accepting Jesus as there personal savior. We are also visiting struggling Churches that are in critical condition and in a dying state by con-ducting meetings in order to rebuild and encourage pastors. I am blessed to visit other states in India as a missionary—short and long term mission trips. We continue to see many lives touched with the message of the Cross. We are praying for you and for the ministry and for all the God's people. Convey my regards to your family and to your entire ministry of IFEL and your local church—Heartland Family Fellowship. God Bless You. To donate to our outreach, note IOM India Outreach (Slums Projects). 90% of your contributions will go directly to the Babu Mission. Donate: www.IOMAmerica.org or Click Here
