What is a Spreadsheet?
Columns and rows of data.
What does “j” represent on the spreadsheet below?
Name box – shows the current location of the cell cursor which in the above spreadsheet is
B5.
What does “K” represent on the spreadsheet below?
Rows – are identified by numbers down the left side of the spreadsheet.
What does “L” represent on the spreadsheet below?
Cell – is the intersection of a row and column. Each cell can store a single item
of data.
What does “M” represent on the spreadsheet below?
Formula Bar – displays the contents of the selected cell.
What does “N” represent on the spreadsheet below?
Columns – are identified by letters at the top of the spreadsheet.
Where and what is page preview?
Print preview button allows you to view a document’s page on the screen as they
will appear when printed.
