NOTE TO REMEMBER

The Application Forms will not be accepted after the last date of submission of form. The learners

are requested to contact their respective ASC for information regarding their Examination Centers.

If a learner appears from an examination Center other than the one allotted to him/her, the result

of the learner will be kept withheld and the examination will be cancelled. The examination center

will be finalized as per quantum of learners to be appeared in the center.

If any passed out learners of ASOS applied under Improvement of Performance Scheme, they may

appear only ONCE for improvement within the validity period of 5[five] years. They have to pay the

fee as applying for the first examination after taking permission. For the learner taking admission

under Improvement of Performance, they may appear for improvement during the duration of

5[five] years.

For subjects involving practical, candidates have to appear in both theory and practical for

improvement in the performance. Better of the two results would be considered and indicated in

the marks-sheet.

But if any unsuccessful candidate will appear in the subject(s) already appeared, his/her mark of

later sitting will be counted as considered the matter as Re-appear.

Learners appeared under the scheme of Part – Admission/Improvement may appear upto 4[Four]

subjects.

In both the cases only the Marks-sheet will be issued.

NOTE i) Examination Form with incomplete/wrong information shall be rejected.

ii) Strike off whichever is not applicable.

POINTS TO BE NOTED BEFORE FILLING UP & SUBMITTING

OF THE FORM

i. A passed out learner may appear for improvement/betterment for maximum of 4 [Four]

subjects where the better of the two marks obtained by the learner will be calculated.

ii. A passed out learner may appear for Re-appear of all subjects where the mark obtained

in the later sitting will be calculated.

iii. If any unsuccessful learner again appears in the subjects already passed along with the

subjects yet to be cleared [SYC], in this matter, the case will be considered as re-appear

and the mark obtained in the later sitting will be calculated.

iv. A learner can avail the chance for Improvement/Re-appear only once.

Application not duly signed by Principal will be summarily rejected.
