SUMMARY
Purpose –
This report documents the work done under EWR#19888 – To perform DVA for understanding
assembly tolerances from Flywheel housing to engine mounts, fan support & Charge Air Pipe on Keb
Engine, ISB6.7L Config no. D313017BX03 for OEM Scania
Background –
Scania team requested to perform DVAs between flywheel housing datum A, B & C and Fan support,
Charge air pipe & left and right engine mounts in all 3 directions for understanding assembly tolerances
for engine positioning in Vehicle.
Conclusion –
Detailed analysis results are shared with Scania team and received their confirmation.
