The cost benefits are realised because building offsite controls costs. This enables us to tightlymonitor resources such as labour, materials andtime. The process of manufacture is engineered to
infinite detail, which means material use isoptimised, waste is minimised – with little impactfrom the great British weather!
The off site manufacture also contributes to cost savings when compared to traditionalbuilding methods, as construction time on site is significantly reduced. Off site construction alsooffers a hedge against future ‘super’ building inflation.
