We understand the challenges facing our clientpartners – especially when it comes to deliveringlow cost, high value for money housing solutionswhilst making best use of resources.

The cost benefits are realised because building offsite controls costs. This enables us to tightlymonitor resources such as labour, materials andtime. The process of manufacture is engineered to

infinite detail, which means material use isoptimised, waste is minimised – with little impactfrom the great British weather!

The off site manufacture also contributes to cost savings when compared to traditionalbuilding methods, as construction time on site is significantly reduced. Off site construction alsooffers a hedge against future ‘super’ building inflation.

Evolve inspired by natureThe Evolve house embodies a holistic approach to design excellence that blends sustainability withthe wellbeing of occupants. Our houses use aminimum of energy to heat or cool them, producelow carbon emissions and are inexpensive to run.

Specific energy saving features can include: solarphotovoltaic cells to supply electricity, high levelsof air tightness (1) and thermal performance; lowU-Values; whole house mechanical ventilation heatrecovery systems and energy monitors. We canalso achieve Level 4 through fabric alone!

To enhance these benefits further, Evolve housesoffer the possibility for occupants to sellelectricity back to the grid with a total reducedcarbon emissions of 44% compared to currentbuilding regulations.
