Diamond Polishing Pads


Weha Matrix 7 Step High Production Polishing Pads - WetThe Weha 4" Matrix 7 Step Granite Polishing Pads were created with

a very clear purpose in mind. Weha spent time with very high production shops to find out exactly what they were looking for in a polishing pad system. Practically all of these shops are

following a basic workflow. Everything is profiled on the cnc machines. All sinks and vanities are cut out using the finger bits. Most only use 1-3 diamond positions for both the edges and bowls (depending on the profile and stone). Then they free up the cnc and let the fabricators finish the

polishing the edges and bowls by hand using air polishers.Weha threw out the conventional way 7 step granite diamond

Weha 25" Counter Top Work TableWeha Granite Fabrication Work Table has all the functions necessary for finishing granite, marble, quartz, counter tops in granite, marble, Quartz, Quartzite, Engineered Stone, Dekton, Lapitec, and other ceramic and porcelain centered stone materials. Not only will these core drills work on porcelain and ceramic, they also perform incredibly well in granite, marble, quartzite, engineered stone as well.

Weha Dry Magic Vacuum Brazed Core BitsWeha Dry Magic Vacuum Brazed Core Bits are a Porcelain Core Bit, Ceramic Core Bit, Marble Core Bit, and Granite Core Bit all in one. The best vacuum brazed Dekton Core Bit because it can be used wet or dry, minimal chipping, and no cracking of the Dekton. Also, one of the best marble core bits for similar reasons. Virtually no chipping, minimal blowout on the bottom, fast drilling, and great life. Weha Vacuum Brazed Diamond Core Drill Bit drills cleanly dry with zero chipping. The vacuum brazing is on both the inside and outside of the barrel. This special Vacuum II Brazed

diamond technology allows an uncomplicated, hands-free and clean drilling on angle grinders. The Vacuum diamond coating allows fast drilling with extremely clean, chip free holes. The Weha Vacuum Brazed Core Bits are designed to drill hard and brittle materials such as ceramics, porcelain, marble, granite, stone materials.
