» Ballou began by creating a buzz around Eventbrite’s launch by securing pre-briefings with key industry journalists and developing bespoke pitches for national, event, technology and business publications.

»By cultivating strong relationships with leading journalists, Ballou was able to leverage constant coverage of Eventbrite’s announcements in key titles. In particular, substantial profile was secured for Eventbrite’s Social Commerce Report on the value of sharing events online.

»24 press briefings took place with key industry journalists.
