Technology can be seductive. Don't get trapped trying to keep upwith everything, or trying things just because they're new. Doingso will waste both time and money. Instead, when you'reshopping for event technology, ask yourself first: What are thegoals for meeting? Who will be there? What am I trying toachieve. If the technology can't help you with those three things,then you don't need it — no matter how cool it is. And if thatplanning tool isn't helping you save time, then you don't need it,period.
