Overall, I am satisfied with the availability of campus facilities that match my event needs.

Additional Comments:

Food is only allowed to be provided by Chartwells and its expensive. When I requested a room for a certain event, I did not get a response until the day of, and that was only after I asked in an email why I didn't get a response. Our club still doesn't have a mailbox after we requested one.

It is very hard to program outside, when we are told that we can not be noisy in a residential area. Residential spaces should be blocked off for only residential programs.

Alton Auditorium has been difficult to use because it's main use is for classes. Why buy all the fancy lighting and sound equipment if you just want to use it for classes. Waste of money if students can't use it for what it is designed for.

Too few small conference room and large venues limits availability in convenient meeting slots (e.g. TR 4:30) Need additional rooms for entertaining small & mid-size groups (not classrooms) -- for FACULTY & PROGRAM, not just K-Wing higher-ups.

Space is difficult to obtain, especially for fitness classes.

It is often hard to plan 3-4 months in advance when opportunities come up unexpectedly for students. There are rarely spaces left if planning less than 3 months out although the office does try & help as best as possible.

Additional Comments:

Need someone trained on lighting added to the Alton Auditorium

Laurie, Jean, Mary Kate -- all fantastic!

ALL very, very positive! I have had exceptional service and working relations with the Event Services area!

Attempted to use electronic signage but was told no. New LED signs need forms to place things. Event services and Student development need to work more closely together as forms have been getting "lost." Print services A+++

I have found it difficult to have flyers printed and posted in time for an event, as a result of how ling it takes to get approved by all the necessary people.

Mostly very positive.

They were all good and very helpful.

All has worked well.

Please rate your satisfaction and comment on the kiosks/bulletin boards/wall posting areas located throughout the campus.

Additional Comments:

•Over filled at some points.

•I love the advertisements, posters & flyers, etc. posted on our kiosks!

•When event services hangs flyers for us, they are often in places that are hard to see, on the back side of kiosks, etc.. That is a tremendous waste of club funds.

•I feel that posters that are hung on the walls stand out better to students than ones on the kiosks, because the kiosks become filled very easily.

•I don't think the kiosks are read as much by students as they may have been in the past. Maybe additional bulletin boards on campus would assist in advertising student/office events.

•There are not enough places to post flyers and posters. This results in flyers being placed everywhere.

•I think it is not smart for the flyers to be put on the side of the kiosks that faces the wall.
