Gettin g There Assembly Area for participants is R2, G-Block, MMRDA Grounds, (behind NSE Bldg, near MCA Club), Bandra Kurla Complex. Please refer to the map for way to reach the Assembl y Ar ea. Parking facility available at the venue on first-come-first-ser ve basis. Organizers will not be responsible for any damage although sufficient security will be provided. • Rental cycles can be collected from the “Cycle Hire Park” at the R2, G-Block, MMRDA Grounds, (behind NSE Bldg, near
MCA Club), BKC starting from 5:00 a.m. till 45 minutes before start of your ride category.
• It is compulsory for participants to submit their original Photo Identification Card and also show the Hire
Receipt. Photo Identification Cards that will be accepted – Driving License or PAN Card or Voter ID or
Company I-Card.
• After collection of your rental cycle, please do not leave it unattended. Any loss or damage will be borne by the participant.
• All rental cycles have to be returned immediately after finishing the ride at the “Cycle Hire Park” before 10:30 a.m.
• The original Photo ID will be returned when the participant hands over the cycle in good condition or else on payment of
damages incurred.
• Participants will be taken to the Start Line from the Assembly Area at their respective Start Times.
• For safety reasons, participants will be set off in waves of few hundreds.• To avoid congestion and confusion, please follow announcements and directional signages.
• Do not be in a hurry to start. At the Start Line, please wait for the ride to be flagged off and once flagged off proceed in an
orderly manner and do not rush.
• Organisers reserve the right to turn riders early who fall behind in any category.
• All roads will be reopened for traffic at 10:00 a.m. after which participants will be considered as regular cyclists.
Once you have crossed the finish line, please keep moving towards the Refreshment Counter where you will receive your
replenishment.
This is an all-weather event. Although, in the event of inclement weather the event organiser reserves the right to delay the
commencement of the rides. Should extreme weather conditions persist, the event organiser reserves the right to cancel the
event without any refund.
Riders participating in the BSA Hercules India Cyclothon – Mumbai 2011, do so at their own risk and without liability
whatsoever on the part of the Organisers, Officials or Sponsors.
It is the responsibility of every participant to ensure that they are fit and healthy to complete the ride. If you are in doubt, it
would be advisable to consult your doctor.
