For the second question, the results showed an average answer of 4 as well, givingus more positive feedback, this is important as it means that because they foundthe print advert interesting they will watch the documentary and hopefully findthis interesting too. 8. Conclusions Question 1: the answers from this question showed us that people found our documentary veryinteresting but it could have been more interesting. To get a more specific answer we could haveasked what parts they found more interesting. Question 4: from this question, with an average answer of 4 our audience found our documentary tobe similar to professional ones, this is a great outcome from all the careful editing and topic choice ofour documentary. Question 5: with this question, we received positive and negative comments such as; It was eyecatching and included interesting facts. Question 7: this question was based on our voiceover, the replies we received said that the voiceoverwas well suited to the style and topic of our documentary. The fact that we had a women as ourvoiceover and professional documentaries often have males didnt effect the outcomes. Question 8: even though the average answer for this question was yes, 6 people answered no, whichshows that the topic doesnt appeal to everyone who saw the 5 minute clip. The other 24 who answeryes was an interesting answer which we were very pleased with as it shows that people enjoyed the 5minute clip. Question 12: this question was asking the audience about the scheduling of the programme, wereceived feedback saying that because the documentary was suitable for all ages there was no needfor it to be shown after the watershed, so 8:30pm was a good time as older children 16+ would beawake to watch it which is the starting age of our target audience. Question 14: when we asked if the topics flowed nicely from one to the next we must have chosenthe ordering well because we got positive feedback on this question which was important to us as itmade our documentary more professional. Question 16: the majority of people who filled out the questionnaire agreed in saying that theinterviews were very interesting and related to the topic of the documentary. This shows that thechoice of interviews and the questions asked were relevant to the convenience food topic. This wasimportant as the interviews are one of the most important aspects of a documentary. 9. We also asked separate questions about the radio trailer, below are the questions and conclusions made. On a scale of 1-5, how much did the radio trailer make you want to watch thedocumentary?1 2 3 4 5 The average score from this question was 5. we have leant from this that the radiotrailer is important in promoting the documentary, we had to make sure that it wasinteresting and unusual so that people would be drawn to listen to it as it isunique. We also used the same woman from the voiceover of the documentary inthe radio advert to show continuity this would mean that people who have heardthe radio trailer would recognise the voice when watching the documentary.
