Evaluation of equipment used PLANNING AND RESEARCH To organise what characters were going to do and say I used Script buddy in order to create a professional looking script for my film. This meant that I could use the website to edit and make any additional changes as I continued with my coursework and changed ideas which could then be added to my blog. I used Wordpress.com for my blog as I had previously used this blog for AS and found that I was very easy to use and organise my work into categories. I found using a blog to host my media coursework useful as I could use any computer and even my phone to update my coursework easily. I found that Slideshare was very useful to use to show information about my coursework on my blog as it had a customised code for my blog website meaning that I was able to upload my work directly from slideshare to my blog. CONSTRUCTION I have used Adobe Premiere pro CS3 to edit my film on a PC. This is a print screen of my editing in action. I have found the software relatively easy to use and edit my film successfully although it has been slow to start up initially and has sometimes displayed my work as being ‘offline’ causing only minor disruption to my film. Here is the equipment that I have used to shoot the film. I used the tripod frequently as the shots I needed had to be still so that the audience weren’t distracted from what they were intended to watch. I was able to shoot my film easily with little difficulty other than not getting the shot right and occasionally end up with continuoity errors which needed re-shooting to get the result I needed.
