What about social groups and audiences?

My survey shows that the magazine appeals to young people particularly older teens. The USP is a magazine covering both Indie and Rock music listeners, and it is them who the magazine is aimed at. These social groups are represented by the dark colour scheme and relaxed scruffy look of the main image.

How did I attract my audience?

In Photoshop I have learned to use the Adjustments tool which includes changing the image to achieve shading and lightening effects. Using brushes creates background design that’s striking and textured.

Using Survey monkey has really helped to connect to my audience and get feed back quickly and easily. I also used this to improve my work using their suggestions.

Connecting to Slide share I was able to post slide shows about my coursework which was then embedded on Blogger.
