• Should Oregon reach out to our neighbors in Washington and propose the joint design and deployment of a network of Level-2 and Level-3 charging stations that will extend and integrate the corridor from Eugene all the way to Seattle, linking the urban regions along the way, including Vancouver, Centralia, Olympia, Tacoma, and Seattle?
