Health and Wellness There are many exercise type activities around town. There are also yoga poses that students can print, cut out, and use as �ashcards to create di�erent sequences. The yoga photos can be found at this link: http://www.eusd.net/health-and-wellness/
Parks and RecreationEnjoy our community! Take a walk, attend jazz music or cultural events at your local community center and parks. They provide guided tours and there are many local hiking trails so families can get out and enjoy the fresh air and see California wildlife.
