Programme

Wednesday

Participants arrive at the hotel ‘Pullman Barcelona Skipper’ during the afternoon. At 6 p.m., the officialWelcome Reception will be held on the hotel roof terrace for all participants. Enjoy the great view of theocean with some delicious Mediterranean cuisine and cold drinks.

Thursday

After enjoying breakfast in the hotel restaurant or terrace, the first set of meetings will take place in thehotel meeting rooms between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. During the breaks, beverages and snacks will be servedin the conference area. Additionally, lunch will be served on the hotel terrace.

In the evening, the traditional Spanish Night will be held directly on the beach of Barcelona.

Friday

After breakfast, the second set of scheduled meetings between buyers and suppliers will take place from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Snacks, beverages and lunch are once again provided. In the afternoon, participants either return home or spend the weekend with their family and friends in one of Europe’smost beautiful cities.
