GENERAL CONDITIONS It develops as the rules and regulations of the Entente European. Can participate all members of the Francoli and Club Colom Figureta, we invited other national associations and other European clubs. PLACE AND DATE The Exhibition will be held in the Sala Kursaal Valls (Carretera de Barcelona s/n at 300 meters from Pius Hospital in Valls), on 20th, 21th and 22th of January 2017. The public opening hours will be: Friday 20 January: At 12:30h presentation with authorities

Official opening. Between 16:00 at 20:00h Saturday 21 January: 9:00 to 13:30. 16:00 to 19:30. Sunday 22 January: Intensive shedule of 10-14 hours. ORGANIZATION The organization will be in charge of Club Colom Figureta, the Associació de Criadors d'Aus "El Francolí" and City Council of Valls. All Figurita will be show along not possible pairs. ENTRIES The maximum age of the exposed animals will be 6 years. In case of exceeding this age they will be disqualified. All animals should be properly banded with official band (EE). The animals can be exposed to name a breeder, a partnership or any legally constituted public or social entity. Registrations must be received maximum term on 18th of December, 2016 at the following address [email protected] As additional shipping methods, they can be sent by mail to the following address: Association "El Francolí", c / Jaume Huguet, 1-43800 Valls ( Tarragona ). You need to check by email, confirmation of receipt of registration. Entries are written to the application form provided by the organization. Must contain print clearly color, sex

SHIPPING AND ANIMAL CONTROL Indicate clearly and visibly the name of the colour, band number and the number of cage given to the animals that come in each box or department. It is mandatory that the cardboard boxes or wood, are of good quality and have good ventilation. ACQUISITION OF ANIMALS The registered animals can put them value. This has to be mentioned in the appropriate cage form. Keep in mind that the amount shown is the one that will receive the breeder. The organization increased 15%. It is forbidden to take animals from cages, even by the owners. Visitors and exhibitors who are interested in taking animals have to bring your own packing material. The organization will sell cardboxes ready for transport. The acquisition of animals is made through the office of the organization. The settlements will be made after the event and will be shipped within a range of 21 days to all breeders. Secretariat will close at 13 pm to Sunday 22th ANIMAL COLLEC Exposed animals can be collected on Sunday from 14-22 hours from the time the exhibition closes. All animals collection acquired is as follows: Saturday at 19:00 pm and Sunday at 13:30pm. In all cases it is required to be accompanied by an official of the organization and provide proof. Animals purchased by transport agency will not be sent. RESPONSIBILITIES The organizers are not liable wear, injury or death occurring before, during and after exposure. During the show, it is prohibited to bring any bird as well as the presence of dogs. The organization will decide in all cases not provided. In case of loss during exposure 20 euros per animal be paid. AWARDS The judges will choose the top three Figuritas of Competition and subsequently elected by vote of the Best in Show competition. For color groups represented with more than 10 units will have two awards: 1st and 2nd of each color. AWARDS AND DINNER OF BREEDERS Memories of participation of exhibitors and prizes won can be collected on Saturday and Sunday on the office. Those who intend to attend the dinner breeders may collect during the event.

Andere rassen kosten 3 Euro deze doen niet mee aan de Europesche show en prijzen.
