• Youth Agora vzw is a Brussels-based non-profit organization active since February 2008.

• Youth Agora wishes to strengthen not-for profit organizations and their networks in order to improve their online communication towards their members and towards Youth in particular..

• Youth Agora is mainly targeting not-for profit organizations dealing with youth information, volunteering, education and research.

• Youth Agora strongly believes in the use of new web-based technologies and in particular open-source software systems to support social not-for-profit projects.

• Youth Agora wishes to encourage the use of a unique online platform and common tools in order to encourage the collaboration between non-profit organizations in the field of social non-profit projects

Erasmus Student NetworkESN-Satellite project

The founding members started their project as volunteers within the Erasmus Student Network (ESN). They were closely involved in the development and implementation of the ESN-Satellite project released in 2007. This project played a crucial role in the maximization of the services ESN offers to its members. This success story showed how important a properly supported network is for non-profit organizations and Youth Agora believes that the developed knowledge and technology can be considered as the key-elements in strengthening any non-profit organization
