As an island in a seaAll sources, highlights the enormous economic, tourist and cultural potential of Romania, a country that after decades of Communist prostration begins to show to the world with a rampant modernization full of possibilities. Seen as an island in a sea Latin Slavic by their cultural and religious heritage of the Roman Empire and still away from the overcrowded tourist circuits, Romania possesses some unique natural enclaves in the world, as the Carpathians and the Danube Delta, both with a exceptional fauna and flora.

churches and castlesAs result of the secular uniqueness of its history, Romania keeps one magnificent cuisine, a rich folklore and an admirable monumental and artistic heritage especially well preserved citadels, Orthodox monasteries and medieval castles. This way, in addition to the German Gothic, the Austrian baroque or the Italian renaissance, in Romania there are also original creations as the style Brancovenesc of the 17th century or the Rumanian neo of the 19th century. In the province of Transylvania have been preserved tens of citadels, Saxon fortified churches and castles. Between them, emphasize the Bran Castle, better

known as Dracula, the fortified citadel of Biertan, the castle of the princely family of the Corvinos and the castle in Lazarea.

Soul of the romanian peopleThe centuries of influence of the great empire of Austria were brought to the big cities wander the Viennese baroque palaces with sumptuous, with high windows and golden ornaments. Moldova, known by the ecclesiastical art and the painted monasteries, adopted the gothic style, being in this sense the Ruginoasa Palace and the Palace of Culture of Iasi, two interesting examples. Wallachia province in southern Romania, it was the land of the Brancovana architecture. In addition, hospitality and tolerance are virtues made up deeply in the soul of the Romanian people. In short a trip to Romania leaves a lasting keepsake full of veneration and a desire to return to visit all the wonders that holds this unknown and surprising country.

We live in a wonderful world that is full of beauty, charm and adventure. There is no end to the adventures, we can have if only we seek them with our eyes open.
