1 New logo: The new Raileurope logo has been updated as shown below.

2 Quick Search: The Quick Search field has been improved in order to retrieve all the products that contain a string entered in the quick search. Currently the quick search retrieves only the products that begin with the string entered in the quick search. When you will enter "sw" in the quick search field, Euronet will return all products containing "sw" in their name:

3 Origin-Destination Carryover: The origin and destination cities entered by the user carry over from screen to screen; in other words, Euronet will keep in memory the cities, the date and times entered by the user. Sample: 1. You enter the cities, the date and the times in the search by schedule screen

2. If you switch to the Search By Price screen, for any reason, you will retrieve automatically those values in the screen as shown below.

4 Support wheelchairs Space: The support wheelchair space is now available on French Journey in 2nd class. It remains unavailable on 1st class.

5 Improve fare details : The commercial name of the product is now written as in the solution details screen below:

6 Open Ticket Route price Comparison: Today you are obliged to go to the advanced search to obtain the cheapest price for some routes. Euronet will now display the cheapest Open Ticket in the search by price and in the search by schedules mainly for some multi-segment open tickets. You will also be able to benefit of this enhancement through our webservices. Let’s take an example to understand: Currently, the price for Luzern-Geneve at 10:00 is displayed at 45.40 EUR:

After the upgrade, you will be able to get the same route at 41.00 EUR instead of 45.40 EUR using the same mode. You won’t need to go to the advanced mode. However, the user interface cosmetic limitation will remain as it is today. As a reminder, here are the current limitations:

• From price field accuracy on the left part

• Global price displayed on each segment on the right part In our example, Euronet will give the following result:

- From Price at 82 instead of 41 on the left part - 2 segments at 41 on the right part

Again don’t worry, it is just cosmetic: all the rest will work fine. When picking this product, the proforma and the ticket will be correct as shown below:

Of course, we will work to improve this limitation in the near future

7 TOD Ticket On Departure:

Context: Euronet will offer a new e-ticket solution which enables the customer to withdraw its ticket directly in the station. That avoids you to print the booking on your Euronet ticket stock. This service will be available only for All French Journey, Eurostar, Thalys, Lyria with a departure in France. The self-service Kiosks are indeed only available in France.

Euronet Specific Booking flow for TOD service: To be able to make a “TOD booking”, ALL the products in the booking must be French Journey, Thalys, Eurostar or Lyria. For example, you cannot make a TOD booking with a pass + a French journey otherwise your booking will not be “TOD ELIGIBLE” The whole booking flow remains the same as today. However, you will be obliged to make an individual passenger assignment:

Once you have confirmed your reservation, you can select the TOD box if you want to offer this e-ticket solution and click on “next” to continue.

Print the booking summary to give to your customers; they will just need the PNR# to withdraw their ticket at the station in France.

As any other products, you will need to click on Print Now

Euronet will print only the Raileurope invoice.

At the end of the month, the TOD solution will appear as followed in your MTR. The coupons number will be at 0 as you don’t print any ticket through Euronet2.

How to use the kiosk? To begin, touch the Welcome Screen.

For English, please select the British flag.

Select "File and Electronic Ticket withdrawal" to proceed. Next, select “Withdrawal with a file reference number”.

Enter your PNR# (Confirmation code) at the prompt for "ticket file number" and select

“confirm.” The Confirmation code is provided in the proforma invoice.

Enter the traveler's name at the prompt and select "confirm".

Review displayed trip and select “Collect the chosen journey”. Wait for tickets to be printed and retrieve from the kiosk.

Prior to boarding your train, you must validate (composter) your ticket. Composter machines

are located in the station near the tracks
