TÜV SÜD - EuroCham Vietnam CSR Certification


TÜV SÜD has partnered with EuroCham in Vietnam to offer a Comprehensive CSR Audit to all EuroCham Members which makes it possible for every company to embark on a new and necessary way of approaching business.

It covers the most fundamental dimensions of CSR, providing a certification that has an impact while preparing the company to acquire further qualifications in this field.

The Scope of the Certificate program is to ensure the ongoing compliance for a given facility over a period of time.

All EuroCham members are entitled to this Very Special Initiative.

• For Follow up Audit, one Audit Man day would be calculated irrespective of the Employee size.

• For Desk Review, 0.5 or 1 Audit Man day would be calculated as applicable.

Audit Request Process


1. The TÜV SÜD - EuroCham CSR Certification service can be requested by EuroCham members to the EuroCham Secretariat.

2. The EuroCham Secretariat will coordinate with TÜV SÜD on the commencement of the service.

3. In case TÜV SÜD is contacted directly for this service, EuroCham shall be informed for tracking purposes.

4. After introduction, TÜV SÜD will follow-up directly with the EuroCham Members in regards to the required services as agreed between the two parties and respective administrative proceedings.

5. EuroCham shall be informed of the commencement and conclusion of the service, BUT will not receive any further information on the audit’s occurrences or results.

Audit Report Technical Review Certificate Issuance - as applicable.

Classifications


GREENSATISFACTORYThe factory complies with all the requirements. No corrective action and improvement are requested on the factory side. Certificate issued. The audit is valid for one year. No audit required for subsequent 12 months.

YELLOWMINOR The factory gives nearly acceptable results. The audit has highlighted few problems. Certificate issued.Corrective actions and improvements are requested on the factory side. Follow-up audit required within 06 months from initial audit .

ORANGE

MAJOR The methods and records observed during the audit do not meet minimum standards and some corrective actions must be carried out on the factory side. NO Certificate would be issued.A follow-up will be scheduled within 03 months to check that the factory had made improvement measures for the defective chapters.

RED

CRITICAL The audit highlighted critical discrepancies. The improvements that would be needed to bring the factory up to the standards involve the structure of the factory are too heavy and could not be completed within a short period. NO Certificate would be issued.An immediate audit is advised within 3 months from the initial audit.

Important


TÜV SÜD requires at least 10 days’ notice in order to schedule the audits.

All audits will be performed in ANNOUNCED mode. (meaning that the Audit will be pre-scheduled).

The Completed Audit Report shall be submitted to the Company within 07 working days after completion of the audit.

Final certificate decision will be granted by the TÜV-SÜD’s central team.

Audit would be executed based on the pre-defined Check list formulated by TUV SUD & endorsed by EuroCHAM Vietnam.
