Non-member participation

Organisations in NIP countries can propose projects

• access to network via National Information Point, Brokerage Events ….

• project requires independent partners from two full EUREKA members

• NIP status can eventually lead to full membership

Organisations in non-member countries and associate countries can join ongoing projects only

• contact lead partner’s NPC

Project Assessment Methodology(PAM)

Common understanding of project quality in the EUREKA Network

Criteria needed to confirm project quality (EUREKA label, PAM)

> partnership, project structure, technology, innovation, market

> Joint assessment by NPCs involved

> projects are assessed on individual merits (no competition)

Remember – YOU are in charge

The participants decide:

• what the project aims to do• who is in it• how much it will cost • how long it will take• how it will be managed• how risks and results will be shared

EUREKA’s ‘Bottom-up’ principle
